In winter, the exterior sun screens are open during the day to let the warmth of the sun heat the house, and close as soon as night falls. Heating control is zoned with timings for day and night. The energy factor of the home falls at once, with no effort on your part, giving immediate savings.

As soon as the sun strikes the facade and roof of the house in summer, the sun screens and roller shutters on the exposed surfaces close automatically to keep the house cool inside. In the evening, roof windows and shutters open to the cool night air, naturally ventilating the house.
