The elegant palace was a complete renovation project for a 28 year old structure. The design brief follows a contemporary design execution of a 2-story level palace, which includes an indoor pool, gym and 12 rooms, inclusive of family living & dining rooms, formal majlis & formal dining in two different sections of the palace. The client requested to add a spa facing the seato reflect the client’s appreciation towards Japanese tradition.
