Sleeping

• Get a minimum of 6 hours of sleep• After 10 pm you should be in your room. No more use of kitchen.

Going out

• Ask. Mama cat should always know where you are.• Come home at designated time.• Do not get drunk/high.• During the school year, you must be home by 11pm Sun – Thurs.• You must be home by 2pm Fri & Sat.• Sleeping over should not happen frequently, but when it does, make

sure you have arranged for a ride home the next morning at whatever time is designated.

Body modification

• Only one new tattoo per year while living here• Stud in lip, no septum at the house• No additional piercings

Self improvement

• Take medications as prescribed• Attend med check appointments• Attend weekly therapy

Personal goals:• clean up after yourself• quit smoking• accepting no as an answer• emotional control• holding back when feeling impulsive• organization (bedroom and personal belongings)• honesty
