Move In Process

To Move In Select Move In Option

Click Create Move-In

There are several options to find the premise

Enter account number or any available information

Then click Search

Here you'll see account information based on the information you've entered

Select it and Click Next at the bottom of the screen

You can enter the meter read or ask the company to provide it

Select the meter after confirming the Meter Serial No. Then click Next

Enter the tenancy agreement date

And you can choose Auto Renewal if you

continue to rent for the next years

The system will ask you to upload a copy of the Rental Agreement

You can add it by clicking here

Then click Next at the bottom of the screen

You must agree to the terms and conditions of Consumption

Agreement by clicking here after reading it.

Then click Submit at the bottom of the screen

You will receive an SMS on your mobile

With the verification number enter the number here

Then click Submit

The screen below shows the Move In process is successful

Move In completed

You will find all Move In requests status in the Move In screen

The Move In request will be completed after the company has reviewed it.

And you will receive a notice for that.

Move out Process

To Move Out Select Move Out Option

Click Create Move Out

All your Contract Accounts will appear

Select one of them that you wish to Move Out

Then click Next at the bottom of the screen

You can enter meter read if you choose Yes

Or the company will provide it if you choose No

Select the meter after confirming the Meter Serial No.

Enter Meter Read here

If a meter read is implausible, the

system will ask you to upload a

picture showing the meter read

Upload it by click here

You can add your bank Details if you wish

Then press Next at the bottom of the screen

After reviewing

Click Submit at the bottom of the screen

You will receive an SMS on your mobile

With the verification number, enter the number here

Then click Submit

The screen below shows the Move Out process is successful

Move Out completed

You will find all Move Out requests status in the Move Out screen

The Move Out request will be completed after the company has reviewed it.

And you will receive a notice for that.
