Introducing the new ultralight, ultracompact avalanche airbag system from Snowpulse. Featuring an intuitive handle with adjustable height, new user-friendly set-up and the lightest, most compact system ever designed by Snowpulse.

HANDLE 3.0In an emergency situation, deployment of the airbag needs to be fast and intuitive. Studies have shown that in an extreme situation, many users are over-challenged and do not manage to activate the airbag.

Snowpulse’s new deployment handle is more intuitive to operate and is also height- adjustable to allow it to be adapted to the wearer’s body height. The deployment handle is now a bright orange color to make it even more visible. There is no change to the tried-and-tested “T” shape of our deployment handle. The handle can be folded to allow compact storage in the shoulder strap. As with all Highmark by Snowpulse packs, the handle is located on the RIGHT SHOULDER—this allows snowmobilers to keep their hand on the throttle while deploying the pack.

INFLATION SYSTEM 3.0The Inflation System 3.0 describes the component used to deploy the airbag. The system activates the deployment mechanism which opens the pressure cartridge with a pin and fills the airbag. The integrated air volume amplifier also sends ambient air to the airbag in addition to the gas stored in the pressure cartridge.

One of Snowpulse’s objectives for the new development was to bring the air volume amplifier and deployment mechanism together in a single housing in order to save space and weight. The inflation system is reliable, low-maintenance and extremely user-friendly: just screw the cartridge in and you’re ready to go!

RELIABILITYAlways ready in an emergency: any condition ready. The avalanche airbag is a piece of safety equipment that needs to work with 100% certainty and reliability in an emergency – irrespective of weather, temperature and external pressure.

Only pressure cartridges offer precisely the reliability of a dependable energy store over a period of years. This technology also guarantees a very high initial pressure to unfold the airbag reliably even in situations of external loading. Our focus in the latest development was on making the system even more user-friendly and further reducing maintenance.

WEIGHTThe Snowpulse 3.0 is Snowpulse’s lightest airbag system of all time and weighs less than 1 liter of water. At less than 1kg, this is the lightest system on the market today.

PROTECTION AIRBAG SYSTEM (P.A.S.)

COMPATIBILITYThe new Airbag 3.0 generation is NOT compatible with previous seasons of backpack models from generations 1.0 and 2.0.

The Airbag 3.0 backpacks are also NOT compatible with the Protection Airbag / Removable Airbag systems from generation 2.0(From 2011/2012 up to and including 2015/2016).

The new Airbag 3.0 systems can be installed only in 3.0 backpacks from season 2016/2017 onwards!

However, the 2.0 cartridges remain unchanged and can be used with both the new 3.0 system and the older system.

P.A.S.Up to 38% of avalanche fatalities are due to trauma to that avalanche victim. Highmark by Snowpulse is the only manufacturer to offer an airbag to snowmobilers capable of providing trauma protection.

In an emergency, only the Protection Airbag System unfolds protectively around the head, neck and chest area, increasing your chances of survival in two respects: offering the best possible protection from burial and from life-threatening trauma injuries.

The newly designed iRack 2.0 has all of the features of the original iRack and even more. We added the low profile lightweight design of the Mountain Rack for a lower center of gravity and 1 pound weight savings. The CFR Connect system can be used to enable the rack to be taking on and off with no tools. (Sold separately and only available on Ski doo XM and XP snowmobiles.) The iRack 2.0 can also be installed using the LINK factory holes that come pre drilled on 2013 and newer Ski Doo snowmobiles.

dual frame technologyThe Revolver features a two part, dual density frame design. The inner frame is made from a flexible material that when combined with our triple layer face foam, comfortably contours to your face for a perfect fit. A rigid outer frame is secured to the flexible inner frame creating a durable mounting surface for the PIVOT lens.

The face of the rigid frame is lined with a moisture blocking PORON gasket that ensures the PIVOT lens has a moisture tight seal to the frame.

two stage outriggersAnother innovative feature of the Revolver is the two stage outriggers that allow you to customize the fit of your goggle in your helmet. Stage one secures the outriggers tight to the goggle for a sleek look. Stage two moves the outriggers forward and outward away from the goggle for a more aggressive fit with your helmet.

We also tirelessly sourced the most durable, scratch resistant lens materials as well. The result is an innovative Italian sourced, dual pane lens. This new technology provides an unmatched anti-scratch rating for both the inner and outer lens. In addition, we applied an additional, dual coated NO SCRATCH, hand applied hard coating. This protective, permanent hard coating provides an unmatched level of scratch resistance to your goggle lens.

The Aviator snow goggle Features a design inspired by the face shield of a jet fighter pilot. This unique styling brought from the aviation industry provides not only a futuristic appearance, but more importantly performs even better in even the harshest winter conditions. The Aviator is engineered using a ‘rimless’ frame design. This sleek design minimizes the amount of goggle frame in your field of vision. By reducing the thickness of the frame, we are able to use a much larger spherical lens without increasing the overall footprint of the goggle. This maximizes the goggle’s lens-to-frame size ratio, providing industry leading peripheral vision. The problem with traditional goggles is they tend to restrict your vision. We addressed this concern head-on and focused on designing a snowmobile specific goggle around the absolute largest lens possible. When exposed to UV sunlight the 509 Photochromatic lenses automatically darken the tint to adjust for bright conditions. When you ride into an area with less sunlight, the lens automatically transitions to a clear or light tint. The 509 Transition lenses were designed using innovative technology that allows them to quickly darken or lighten based on ambient light conditions. No longer do you need to carry multiple lenses for multiple lighting conditions. The 509 Photochromatic lens is one lens for all conditions.

The photochromatic technology is embedded on the inner pane of our dual lens allowing maximum reactivity in below freezing temperatures. Available in two options: Photochromatic – Clear to Dark BluePhotochromatic – Orange to Dark blue with Fire Mirror Finish The photochromatic clear to dark blue is a great lens for all conditions. In low light conditions the lens will appear clear and when the sun comes out it will quickly transition to dark blue. The photochromatic orange to dark blue starts out as an orange tint and transitions to dark blue. This lens features the added flair of a durable high contrast fire mirror finish.
