LEADERSHIPLEADERSHIP

The following video reflects our students’ attitudes toward leadership. They understand the importance of

leadership not just in school, but also in the community. They embrace the opportunities for the leadership roles

our school provides not just in athletics but academics as well. They view leadership roles as an opportunity to mentor peers and act as positive role models for our

young students. At Moulton-Udell Schools leadership is shown in our students and educators and is a reflection

of the pride we have for our school and community.

Here at Mouton-Udell Schools we understand the importance of using collaborative relationships to achieve

common goals. Whether students prefer working individually or in groups, by catering instruction to students individual strengths and weakness we can

ensure a learning environment that meets the needs of all students. Research supports the effectiveness of

collaborative learning. An effective learning environment must include frequent collaboration, not only between

students, but students and teachers, teachers and teachers, teachers and administrators, and school and the

community.
