ECP ELECTRO-CHEMICAL POLISHING

• It reduces surface roughness up to 7x, leaving a smooth surface.

• It removes heat affected layers, created by EDM.

• It eliminates micro-cracks &residual tension areas.

• It reduces part fatigue & increases lifespan.

• It does not require human intervention, ensuring the geometric rigor of lenses and optical parts. (A common cause of deformation in the finishingprocess).

This technology machine-polishes the most complex surfaces, using the electrode last used in the electro erosion process.

ECP ELECTRO-CHEMICAL POLISHING

• The created smooth surface enhances plastic flow, reducing 30% of injection pressure.

• Injection machine can thus be smaller and take less time, with corresponding savings.
