SINGLE CAVITY MOLD
In single cavity moulds, the part is usually located centrally, and plastic ows directly from the sprue into the cavity. After ejection the sprue remains attached to the component and must be remove manually. We provide complete in-house design and manufacturing for Single cavity, high quality moulds for various industries.
MULTI CAVITY MOLD
Multi-cavity molds are particularly economical in mass production of high quality components.
We have experience in designing and making moulds for pharma, auto and electical industries over last several years.
MULTI CAVITY HOT RUNNER MOLD
A hot runner system is an assembly of heated components used in plastic injection molds that inject molten plastic into the cavities of the mold. (The cavities are the part of the mold shaped like the parts to be produced.) By contrast, a cold runner is simply a channel formed between the two halves of the mold, for the purpose of carrying plastic from the injection molding machine nozzle to the cavities. Mikrone has expertise in designing and making both these kind of precious moulds.

DIE CAST MOLD
JIGS & FIXTURES
Die casting is a metal casting process that is characterized by forcing molten metal under high pressure into a mold cavity. The mold cavity is created using two hardened tool steel dies which have been machined into shape and work similarly to an injection mold during the process. Mikrone can handle various die cast related mould making jobs to deliver high quality results on a consistent basis.
In simple terms, the jig is a tool that guides the cutting (or machining) tool. The most common type of jig is the drill jig, which guides the drill bit for creating holes at desired locations. Using drill jigs increases production rate drastically by eliminating the time spent using a square scriber, height gauge, centre punch, etc.The xture is a tool which holds the work piece with the machine bed precisely at the desired location. The xture also reduces the nonproductive loading, unloading, and xing time of the work piece. For example, you need to use a milling machine for giving a chamfer at the corner of rectangular work pieces. Mikrone can take care of these requirements all under one roof.

Mikrone has the necessary infrastructure, knowhow and manpower to provide high precision, high quality CNC machines components for Automotive industry.
Designs can be done in-house based on customers input. Customers can send their won design, get sampling done, with quality checks before proceeding for volume orders.
Essential refrigeration parts made from high class material with CNC turned workmanship can be ordered with us. These can be made to order if the customer has the blue-print with a sample.
Similar to Auto components, we can also provide complete design, sampling and production service as well.

FORGINGHAND TOOLS
Mikrone provides CNC Turning and Milling services for the hand tools industry. We undertake large scale precision design and manufacturing jobs for a variety of tools and components that cater to domestic and foreign markets.
Forging is a manufacturing process involving the shaping of metal using localized compressive forces. The blows are delivered with a hammer (often a power hammer) or a die. Forging is often classied according to the temperature at which it is performed: cold forging (a type of cold working), warm forging, or hot forging (a type of hot working). For the latter two, the metal is heated, usually in a forge. Forged parts can range in weight from less than a kilogram to hundreds of metric tons.

There are many different kinds of forging processes available, however they can be grouped into three main classes:
• Drawn out: length increases, cross-section decreases• Upset: length decreases, cross-section increases• Squeezed in closed compression dies: produces multidirectional ow
