1. NORME GENERALI DI IMPIEGO / GENERAL USE INSTRUCTIONS

Leggere attentamente le istruzioni d’uso; operare secondo le prescrizionivigenti nel paese di utilizzo.

Read the instructions carefully; proceed according to the regulations inuse in the country where the machine will operate.

1.1 MESSA IN SERVIZIO / CAUTION

Attenzione: il gruppo è fornito SENZA olio motore. Provvedere alrifornimento con olio multigrado “10 W 40” indicato per temperature da -20° C ad oltre 40° C nella quantità indicata nelle specifiche motore indicatedalle CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE.

Be careful: the generating set or the welder is furnished WITHOUT lubeoil. Provide the machine with “10 W 40” multigrade oil indicated fortemperatures from - 20° C to 40° C in the quantity indicated in the engineSPECIFICATION section.

Attenzione: se la vostra macchina è raffreddata ad acqua (vedere nelleCARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE del motore) provvedere al rifornimentodel circuito motore - radiatore con una soluzione di 50% acqua e 50%liquido antigelo nella quantità indicata dalle specifiche motore.

Be careful: if the machine is fitted with a water cooled engine fill theradiator circuit with a solution made up by 50% water and 50% antifreezeliquid inthe quantity indicated i the engine SPECIFICATION section.

Attenzione: il gruppo è fornito con batteria scarica e priva di acido.Provvedere al suo riempimento utilizzando acido solforico in soluzione conconcentrazione 30% - 40% fino alla copertura degli elementi. Durantequesta operazione si consiglia l’uso di guanti; il contatto accidentale con lasoluzione di acido solforico dovrà essere lavato immediatamente con acquafredda e se necessario si dovrà consultare il medico

Be careful: the generating set is furnished with flat battery and withoutacid. Fill it using sulphuric acid in a 30% - 40% concentrated solution upto the complete covering of the elements. During this operation, wesuggest the operator to use the gloves; the accidental contact with thesulphuric acid solution must be washed up immediately with cold waterand, if necessari, a doctor must be consulted.

Attenzione: non togliere i cavi della batteria quando la macchina è in moto,vi è il rischio di danneggiare il corretto funzionamento della macchina.

Be carefull: don’t disconnect battery cables when the engine runs. Thiscoud result in serious damages to the machine.

Attenzione: PRIMA DI AVVIARE LA MACCHINA il centro-stella, o ilpunto degli avvolgimenti che ne svolge la funzione, DEVE essere collegatoa terra rigidamente (senza interruttori o altri dispositivi che possanointerrompere il collegamento elettrico) mediante il morsetto adibito a questoscopo che è messo a disposizione sulla struttura della macchina ed èidentificato con il simbolo:

Be carefull: BEFORE OPERATING THE MACHINE the neutral, or theequivalen winding point, MUST be connected effectively to the earth(without any switch or other device that may interrupt the electricconnection) from the earth clamp available on the machine, and identifiedby the symbol:

Attenzione: durante i normali trasferimenti si considerino le istruzioniriportate nella sezione MOVIMENTAZIONE E TRASPORTO prestandoattenzione nel limitare eccessive inclinazioni della macchina re possonocausare la fuoriuscita di acidi della batteria.

Be carefull: for normal transportation, follow the instructions asspecified in the TRASPORTATION section. Make sure that the machinedoesn’t overturn in order to avoid spill of acids from the battery.

1.2 RODAGGIO / RUNNING IN

Per le prime 50 ore di funzionamento della macchina, per consentire unbuon rodaggio del motore, non prelevare oltre il 70% della potenza massimaindicata nelle specifiche tecniche.

For the first 50 hours of operation of the machine do not employ morethan 70% of the maximum power indicated in the technical specifications.In this way, a proper engine running in is guaranteed.

1.3 AVVIAMENTO E FUNZIONAMENTO / STARTING AND WORKING

Effettuare la messa a terra della macchina (vedi ISTRUZIONE PERL’USO).

Make the earth connection (see the USE INSTRUCTIONS).

Se il modello di macchina NON è dotato di interruttore differenziale la presadisponibile è da utilizzarsi ESCLUSIVAMENTE per effettuare uncollegamento sicuro ad un quadro di distribuzione dotato di tutte leprotezioni previste dalle leggi vigenti

If the machine model IS NOT equipped with a earth leakege circuitbreaker the available socket is intended ONLY for connecting themachine to a switch board equipped with all protection devices imposedby current law regulations.

Verificare che i cavi del vostro utilizzatore siano in perfetta efficienza. Check the perfect state and efficiecy of the cables. Assicurarsi che tutti gli interruttori, collegati e regolazioni siano nella

posizione prevista per l’avviamento (vedi ISTRUZIONE PER L’USO EDESCRIZIONE DEI COMANDI).

Make sure that all the switches, electric connections and regulations areinthe right position for the starting (see USE INSTRUCTIONS andCONTROL PANELS DESCRIPTIONS).

Operare in ambiente ben ventilato preoccupandosi che i gas di scarico edeventuali fumi di saldatura (nel caso di motosaldatrici) non ristagnanonell’ambiente di lavoro; tenere la macchina lontano da muri o altri ostacoliper avvitare ricicli d’aria o di gas che ne provocherebbero ilsurriscaldamento. Nel caso si dovesse operare in locali chiusi, utilizzaredegli aspiratori per garantire un corretto ricambio d’aria.

While welding, eyes and body must be protected by gloves, maskes Usethe machine in well ventilated places, taking care that the exhaust gas andthe welding smokes eventually produced (where welders are used) do notstagnate. Keep the machine away from walls or other kind of obstacles iorder to avoid air or gas recycling. If the machine is employed in closedplaces, use aspirators in order to guarantee a proper air recycling.

Durante la saldatura proteggere gli occhi ed il corpo con guanti, maschere etute adeguate (nel caso di motosaldatrice).

While welding, eyes and body must be potected by gloves, maskes andproper clothes.

I rifornimenti di carburante non devono essere eseguiti fumando o inpresenza di fiamme libere e devono essere effettuati con motore spento.

The fuel refill must not be made while smoking or close to flames. Thisoperation must be done when the engine is switched off.

Non riempire al massimo il serbatoio e pulire eventuali fuori uscite dicarburante.

Do not fill the tank at its maximum level and clean up the fuel eventuallyoverflowed.

Controllare quotidianamente che non vi siano perdite di combustibile o dilubrificanti lungo le canalizzazioni o sul motore.

Check daily if there is loss of fuel or lubrificating oil on the ducts or onthe engine.

Nelle macchine dotate di cofanature apribili assicurarsi di inserire idispositivi di bloccaggio previsti per evitare incidenti dovuti alla chiusuraaccidentale

For machines provided zith liftable canopy insert the foreseen securitysistems in order to avoid injures caused by an unexpected closure.

1.4 USI PROIBITI / FORBIDDEN USE

Non collegare la macchina alla rete elettrica commerciale. Do not connect the machine to the commercial electric network. Non operare vicino a materiale infiammabile o in presenza di gas e vapori Do not work close to inflammable materials or where there are explosive

esplosivi gas and vapours. Non operare in luoghi ristretti o poco aerati. Do not work in narrow and badly ventilated places. Non operare senza le protezioni previste nella loro posizione e nelle perfette

condizioni. Do not work without using the protections placed in their proper

positions and in perfect conditions.

Non toccare le parti della marmitta e le parti del motore ad essa vicine. Do not touch the exhaust muffler and the parts of the engine next to it. Non eseguire interventi di manutenzione a motore avviato. Do not make service operations while the engine is running. Ogni intervento sulle parti elettriche deve essere effettuato a motore spento

e da personale specializzato. Any service made on the electric parts must be done when the engine is

stopped and by specialized technicians. Tenersi lontano da parti in movimento e non avvicinarsi con indumenti

liberi o troppo lunghi. Keep away from the moving parts of the engine while working and do not

approach the machine with free and too long clothes.

1.5 MANUTENZIONE E PULIZIA / SERVICE AND CLEANING

E’ consigliata una periodica pulizia della macchina onde evitare depositi disporcizia che ne possono compromettere l’efficienza.La frequenza di tale operazione è valutabile in funzione della zona d’impiego, siconsiglia comunque di prestare particolare attenzione alla manutenzione di:

We suggest a frequent cleaning of the machine since the presence of dirtcan compromise the efficiency of the machine. The frequency of thisoperation tightly depends on the place where the machine is used. Weadvise, anyway. to pay special care to the service of:

LIVELLO OLIO, FILTRO OLIO, FILTRO ARIA, FILTRI CARBURANTE,LIVELLO ACQUA RADIATORE, SCAMBIATORI DI CALORE.

OIL LEVEL, OIL FILTER, AIR FILTER, COOLING LIQUID LEVEL,COOLING LIQUID LEVEL, HEAT EXCHANGER, VENTILATION DUCTSAND INTAKES, BATTERY

Per le modalità e la frequenza consultare il MANUALE d’USO EMANUTENZIONE del motore e le CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE. Leoperazioni di manutenzione straordinaria che esulano da quelle citate,necessitano dell’intervento di personale specializzato (vedere l’elenco dei centridi assistenza).

Consult the ENGINE USE AND SERVICE manual and the SPECIFICATIONsection to know how and when it is useful to do it. The extraordinary serviceoperations not mentioned hereabove require the aid of specialized technicians(see the assistance centre list).

1.6 TARATURE E REGOLAZIONI / ADJUSTMENT AND REGULATIONS

I comandi per le regolazioni necessarie all’uso sono installati sul pannello dicomando e descritti all’interno della DESCRIZIONE DEI COMANDI.E’ pertanto sconsigliato l’intervento della macchina da parte di personale nonspecializzato.Attenzione: eventuali tarature non corrette dei normali parametri previstiall’origine possono compromettere l’affidabilità stessa della macchina.

All the necessary controls are located on the main control panel and they areproperly explained in the section FRONT PANEL DESCRIPTIONS.We advise the operator against tempering with the engine or the electric part ifnot specialized.Be careful: eventual modifications of the normal parameters originallyforessen, can compromise the reliability of the machine.

1.7 FERMO TEMPORANEO / TEMPORARY STANDSTILL

Qualora si debba fermare la macchina per un lungo periodo di tempo (maggioredi un anno) è consigliato lasciare i liquidi quali: olio motore, acqua radiatore ecarburante, onde evitare ossidazioni.Alla ripresa in esercizio si dovranno: sostituire i liquidi, ripristinare la batteria,ispezionare le cinghie e il loro stato, ispezionare le tubature e i giunti in gomma ela loro tenuta e ispezionare visivamente i cablaggi elettrici.

If the machine has to be stopped for a long period (more than one year), wesuggest to leave the motor oil and the fuel in and the water in the radiator inorder to avoid oxydizing effects.When the machine turns to work again, the liquids must be replaced, thebattery must be charged; the belts and their statem the pipes, the rubber hosesand their resistance must be checked and a visual inspections of the electricconnections must be done.

1.8 DEMOLIZIONE / SCRAPPING

Al fine di salvaguardare l’ambiente naturale è opportuno provvedere alla raccoltadell’olio, del combustibile e della batteria che dovranno essere smaltiti nelle sedie nelle modalità conformi alle leggi vigenti.Per l’elenco completo dei materiali si veda la scheda allegata:

In order to preserve the environnement, it is advised to dispose of the oil, thefuel and the bettery that will be destroyed in proper places and ccording to thecurrent laws. For the complete range of the materialsm see the list below:

4. ISTRUZIONE PER L’USO / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

4.1 MESSA A TERRA / EARTH CONNECTION

Effettuare la messa a terra del gruppo tramite ilmorsetto 1.

Connect the unit to the earth, means of the 1clamp.

4.2 AVVIAMENTO DEL MOTORE / STARTING

A rifornimento di olio e carburante avvenutoprocedere come segue:

After filling up with oil and fuel, proceed asfollow:

Aprire il rubinetto combustibile (fig.1). Open the fuel cock (fig.1).

Portare la manopola di accelerazione 3 a circametà corsa.

Lift the throttle knob 3 at half way round.

Ruotare la chiave di avviamento 4 in posizione“START” e mantenerla sino all’avvio delmotore.

Turn the start key 4 to the “START” position,and hold it there until the engine starts.

Nota: Se il motore non si avvia attendere circa10 secondi e ripetere l’operazione, portandoprima la chiave in posizione “OFF”.

Note: If the engine falls to start, turn theswitch to the “OFF” position and wait 10seconds before operating the starter again.

Lasciare il motore a funzionare per circa 4÷5minuti in modo da consentire un regolareriscaldamento

Let the engine to run for about 4÷5 minutes towarm it up.

4.3 IMPIEGO DEL GRUPPO COME MOTOSALDATRICE / USE OF MACHINE ASWELDER

NOTA: Il gruppo elettrogeno è statoprogettato per un utilizzo stazionario

NOTE: The generating set was designedfor stationary use

Innestare le spine dei cavi di saldatura sullerelative prese 12 (negativo 40÷170 A) o 13(negativo 30÷90 A) e 2 (positivo).

Insert welding cable plugs into relevantsockets 12 (negative 40÷170 A) or 13(negative 30÷90 A) and 2 (positive).

Regolare la corrente di saldatura ruotando lamanopola 3. Tenere presente che i valoririportati sul frontale sono indicativi e pertantola scelta di corrente da parte dell’operatore haun ruolo importante al fine di ottenere unasaldatura di buona qualità.Impiegare cavi di lunghezza proporzionata allasezione come segnato a seguito:Lunghezza m 5 sez. 25 mmq.; Lunghezza m 10sez. 35 mmq.; Lunghezza m 15 sez. 50 mmq.

Regulate the welding current turning knob 3.Remember that the values indicated on thefront are indicative and therefore the choiceof current by the operator is important when itcomes to good quality welding. Use wire inproportion with the sizes indicated below:Lenght 5 m. size 25 sq.mms; Lenght 10 m.size 35 sq.mms; Lenght 15 m. size 50sq.mms.

Interruttore differenziale.La macchina è dotata di un interruttoredifferenziale in grado di assicurare laprotezione dell’utente in caso di contattoaccidentale con parti in tensione o dimalfunzionamento del sistema di isolamentodei dispositivi collegati.

Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker.The product is equipped with an EarthLeakage Circuit Breaker (ELCB) whichguarantees user protection against electricshocks due to unwanted contect with liveparts of the circuit or insulation fault.

4.5 PRELIEVO POTENZA AUSILIARIA (24 V DC) / AUX 24 V DC POWER

4.6 ARRESTO DEL GRUPPO / STOPPING THE ENGINE

Togliere i carichi inseriti. Disconnet the utilizer.

Ruotare la manopola 3 in senso antiorario finoal minimo della velocità.

Turn the engine speed 3 control to its lowestsetting.

Chiudere il rubinetto carburante. Closed the fuel cock.

Portare la chiave avviamento 4 in posizione“OFF”.

Turn the start key switch 4 at “OFF” position

4.7 AVVERTENZE E CONSIGLI UTILI / WARNING

Evitare di utilizzare il gruppo senza batteria ocomunque con batteria scarica. Il regolatoreelettronico di ricarica batteria in una di questecondizioni, puo danneggiarsi.

Don’t utilize the unit without battery or withbattery completely discharged. This isharmful to the electronic battery rechargerregulator.

É importante conservare il motore in perfettecondizioni, si consiglia perciò la rigorosaosservanza delle norme di manutenzioneriportate nel catalogo “Uso e manutenzione”del motore onde evitare inconvenienti ed unaconseguente perdita di potenza del generatore.

In order to preserve the engine performanceGen Set strongly suggests to follow themaintenance operations and the maintenanceschedule reported in the engine manufacturer“Use and maintenance” user manual. Poormaintenance could result in a shorter periodof operation and in performance decrease.

4.8 CAUSE DI SCARSO RENDIMENTO DEL MOTORE / CAUSES OF POOR ENGINEPERFORMANCE

FILTRO ARIA SPORCO DIRTY AIR FILTER

Sostituire ogni 6 mesi o 400 ore il filtrodell’aria.

Replace every 6 months or 400 hours the airfilter.

Per la manutenzione del filtro aria svitare ildado, togliere il coperchio e la cartuccia.

Loosen the wing nut, detach the cover of theair cleaner and remove the element.

Per lavare la cartuccia del filtro dell’aria nonusare detergente in quanto la cartuccia è deltipo impregnato ad olio.

Do not wash the air cleaner element withdetergent because the element is oil soakedtype.

Sostituire la cartuccia quando la potenza delmotore diminuisce o quando si nota unaparticolare fumosità allo scarico.

Replace the element when output decreases orbad exhaust color is noticed.

Non utilizzare mai il motore senza la cartucciadel filtro aria. Infatti ciò potrebbe causare unarapida usura del motore stesso.

Never run the engine without the air cleanerelement. Rapid engine wear may result.

un getto d’aria. If the filtering element is clogged, clean it

FILTRO OLIO SPORCO DIRTY OIL FILTER

Operazioni: Operations: Togliere il tappo e il filtro olio. Remove the cup and the oil filter. Sostituire con filtro originale Yanmar. Replace with original Yanmar filter.

FILTRO COMBUSTIBILE SPORCO DIRTY FUEL FILTER

Sostituire ogni 6 mesi o 400 ore il filtrocombustbile.

Replace every 6 months or 400 hours the fuelfilter.

Affinchè il motore eroghi la piena potenza ènecessario pulire regolarmente anche il filtrocombustibile.

The fuel filter aslo has to be cleaned regularlyto insure maximum engine output.

tramite il tappo di scarico. Drain the fuel oil from the fuel tank.

Loosen the nuts of the fuel cock and pullout the filter from the F.O. tank filler port.Wash the filter thoroughly with diesel fueloil..

LIVELLO OLIO DIRTY FUEL FILTER

Se il livello è superiore al massimo, il motoreavrà un consumo superiore di olio mentre con illivello sotto il minimo la temperatura diquest’ultimo raggiungerà valori pericolosiriducendo la durata dell’olio e rischio digripparsi.

If you overfill, your engine will consume toomuch oil and the oil temperature will becomedangerously high; if you do not add enoughoil, your engine could seize up.

Per controllare il livello introducetesemplicemente l’asta nel foro senza avvitare.

When checking the oil, simply dip thedipstick into the oil pan. Do not screw in thedipstick. Be sure to check the engine on alever surface with the engine stopped

avvenga senza alcuna inserzione del carico.Togliere il carico.

Check that the unit starts up without insertingthe load.

Remove the load.

2. Tolto il carter superiore controllare che non visiano cavi in corto circuito tra loro causa lespellature delle guaine protettive isolanti.

Isolare mediante nastro o guaine isolantigli eventuali cavi guasti, ancorarli traloro per impedire che vibrazioni causinonuovi guasti.

Remove the upper casing and check to see ifany wires have shortcircuited due to peeling ofthe protective sheaths.

Insulated by means of tape or insulatingsheaths any broken wires, anchor themtogether to stop vibrations causing newbreakdown.

3. Tolto il carter superiore controllare che tutte leconnessioni dei cavi e dei collegamenti interniabbiano un sicuro contatto elettrico.

Ripristinare un buon contatto elettricodi tutte le connessioni.

After removing the upper casing, check that allthe wire and internal connections have goodelectrical contact.

Restore good electrical contact of allconnections.

4. Controllare che il carico non risulti superiore aidati di targa del gruppo.

Ridurre il carico.

Check that the load is not higher than the unitplate data.

Reduce the load.

5-6. Smontare il coperchio frontale della carcassa econ un tester inserito come ohmmetro e collegatocome in fig.A, controllare che tra le piastre e isingoli morsetti vi siano un solo senso diconduzione di corrente. Un diodo è interrottoquando invertendo tra loro i puntali del testernon si riscontra mai conduzione di corrente.

Sostituire la piastra che ha dei diodiguasti.

Disassemble the front lid of the housing and witha tester insereted as an ohmmeter and connectedas shown in the fig. A, check that between platesand the individual terminals there is only onedirection of current conduction. A diode isdisconnected when invetring the tester prods nocurrent conduction is ever encountered; a diodeis shortcircuited when there is costant currentconduction on inverting the tester prods.

Replace the plate with the brokendiodes.

7. Se il voltmetro non segna controllare con untester se esiste tensione alle prese di corrente; seesiste significa che il voltmetro è guasto.

Sostituire il voltmetro.

If the voltmeter does not work, check with atester if there is voltage at the current sockets; ifthere is, this means that the voltmeter has brokendown.

Replace the voltmeter.

8. Tolto in carter superiore e tolti tutti i cavicollegati ai condensatori toccare con i puntali diun tester inserito come ohmmetro con scala x100, i terminali di un condensatore per volta edosservare:a) se l’indice del tester segna un momentaneopassaggio di corrente, il condensatore efficiente.b) se l’indice del tester va fondo scala ciò indicache il condensatore è in corto circuito.

Sostituire i condensatori guasti.

After removing the upper casing and all thewires connected do the condensers, touch theterminals of each tester one at a time with theprods of a tester inserted an ohmmeter with scalex 100 and see:a) if the tester index shows a temporary passageof current, this means that the capacitor isworking.b) if the tester index drops to the bottom of thescale, this means that the condenser isshortcircuited.

Replace the broken down condensers.

9. Controllare che la manopola di accelerazione infine corsa il gruppo sia completamenteaccelerato, ossia: velocità 3300 g/1’ – frequenza55 Hz riferiti al funzionamento a vuoto.

Eseguire la taraura della manopola diaccelerazione. Se necessario sostituireil filo dell’acceleratore.

Check that the throttle konb is at end run the unithas fully accelerated, i.e. speed 3300 rpm,frequency 55 Hz refered to idle running.

Adjust the throttle knob. If necessary,replace the accelerator wire.

10. Scollegare i 3 cavi (11) dal raddrizzatore (vedischema) e i 3 cavi (12) dalla morsettiera e dopoessersi accertati che i condensatori sonoefficienti (vedi pos. 8) far funzionare il gruppoalla massima velocità con solo inseriti icondensatori. Se con un tester non si riscontratensione ai condensatori ciò sta ad indicare chel’avvolgimento è in corto circuito.

Sostituire la carcassa completa distatore avvolto.

Disconnect the three wire (11) from the rectifier(se diagram) and the three wire (12) from theterminal board and after having made sure thatthe capacitors are efficient (see position 8)operate the unit at top speed with only thecondensers connected. If with a tester no voltageis found at the condensers, this means that thewinding has shortcircuited.

Replace the casing complete withwound stator.

11. Controllare che le connessioni delle reattanze siasui mosetti del raddrizzatore che sullamorsettiera interna abbiano un sicuro contattoelettrico; controllare che le tre reattanze sianoisolate da massa.

Ripristinare dei sicuri contatti elettricidi tutte le connessioni. Sostituirequelle reattanze che scaricassero amassa.

Check that the reactance connections both on therectifier terminals and one the internal terminalboard have a good electrical contact; check thatthe three reactances are insulated from earth.

Restore good electrical contacts ta theconnections.Replace the reactanceswhich discharge earth.

9.1.1 TRASPORTO, STOCCAGGIO / TRANSPORT, STORAGE

TARSPORTO: Durante il trasporto, il gruppoelettrogeno,(con o senza imballo) deve essereprotetto dagli agenti atmosferici, esso non deveessere capovolto e deve essere preservato daqualsiasi urto. Il gruppo elettrogeno, deveessere trasportato privo di carburante perevitare perdite lungo il percorso.

STOCCAGGIO: il gruppo elettrogeno deveessere immagazzinato in posizione orizzontzaleed al riparo da agenti atmosferici edall’umidita’.

PACKAGING: supplied directly byGEN.SET. The total weight of the packedgenerator is given in page 3. It is strictlyprohibited to pollute the environment withthe packaging

9.1.3 SOLLEVAMENTO E MOVIMENTAZIONE CON GRU / LIFTING AND HANDLINGWITH CRANE

Occorre che la macchina venga sollevata emovimentata come nei sistemi indicati in figuraa pag. 25. Verificare che i cavi o le catene disollevamento siano omologate e di sufficienteportata, come pure la lunghezza minima deicavi. Utilizzare sempre gli occhielli fornitidalla casa e sempre segnalati da appositopittogramma.

Utilizzare un carrello sollevatore a forchelarghe, di portata adeguata e sollevare inposizione baricentrica (che corrisponde circa alcentro del suo volume geometrico).

Non è possibile sollevare la versione carrellatacon il sollevatore a forche.

La GEN SET S.p.a. garantisce i suoi prodotti, purché non modificati, perun periodo di 12 (dodici) mesi dalla data di consegna al clienteutilizzatore.Entro i suddetti termini, nei paesi ove esista un' organizzazioneassistenziale, la GEN SET S.p.A. si impegna a sostituire o riparare i pezziavariati per accertato difetto d’origine di materiale, lavorazione e/omontaggio per mezzo delle proprie OFFICINE AUTORIZZATE.La scelta se operare la riparazione o la sostituzione dei pezzi avariati è adinsindacabile giudizio della FABBRICA o delle OFFICINEAUTORIZZATE.La garanzia nel resto del mondo consiste esclusivamente nella fornituragratuita, franco stabilimento di Villanova D’Ardenghi, dei pezzi rivelatisinon più utilizzabili per accertato difetto d’origine del materiale.

La garanzia si applica, previo esame dei materiali avariati, da parte dellafabbrica.

Le spese di viaggio e trasferta del personale che esegue le riparazioni ingaranzia sono a carico dell’utilizzatore, come pure le spese di imballo etrasporto sia dei pezzi difettosi sia di quelli sostituiti.

In nessuno dei casi previsti il compratore può pretendere la risoluzione delcontratto od un risarcimento danni derivati dall’uso o dall’impossibilitàd'uso delle apparecchiature sia totale che parziale.La presente garanzia non si applica alle batterie d’avviamento ed aimotori diesel e benzina montati sulle apparecchiature gen set per iquali interviene direttamente il fabbricante.

GEN SET warrants its products, provided they have not beenmodified, for a period of 12 months from the date of handing overto the End User. Within these terms, in all the countries where aservice organization is in place GEN SET commits itself to replaceor repair the defective parts resulting from faulty material,workmanship and/or assembly through its authorized servicestations.The choice whether to replace or repair the defective parts isexclusively reserved to GEN SET and/or its authorized servicestations.The warranty in the rest of the world is limited to the supply ex-works free or charge of those parts which will result unsuitable forreuse due to original defects.The warranty will apply after a check of the defective parts from thefactory.The warranty will apply after a check of the defective parts fromche factory.The travel, board and lodging expenses of the personnel who willperform the repairs are at the charge of the End User as are thepacking and transportation costs both for the defective and thereplaced parts.In no case the client can claim the cancellation of the contact or adamage compensation due to the use or the impossibility to use theequipment both totally or partially.The present warranty does not apply to starting batteries, dieseland gasoline engines mounted on gen set machines for whichthe respective manufactures will intervene directly.
