• Motivation comes from desire or the ability to do work. It comes from the enjoyment of work and from the desire to achieve certain goals. A good example – To earn good money or to get a growth on professional front.

From where does motivation come from?

• Motivation matters businesses a lot. It will lead to more satisfied clients, customers and people. An organization with motivated employees will have increased production and more generation of revenue.

Why does motivation matters in business?

• The performance of any employee is the result of two factors, his abilities and motivation. If a talented employee is de-motivated, he is unlikely to perform well at work. But on the other side, a motivated employee can often deliver far more than what is expected out from them.
