CALIFORNIA COURT OF APPEALS

CODY A FITCH,

Appeals No: G049741

MOTION TO DENY EXTENSION FOR TIME NO PUBLIC EMERGENCY

I. FACT PATTERN

The Appellant had just filed an emergency extension of time for

a issue of him in a war with Mexico. This appeals motion was denied. This case

was Priority v Fitch. The Defendants are a muti-trillion dollar non-profit with more

than enough resources and workers to properly respond and they do not have any

emergency legal facts. So the extension should be denied and the default granted.

The Respondents say there is some kind of communication barrier I have emailed

them multiple times and they can easily communicate with me. There is no barrier

or reason for them being late except for destroying my heart beats of my time on

this planet and time line without justice.

II. EXTENSION FOR TIME LEGAL RULES.

(California Rules of Court 8.66 Emergency Extension)

The court of Appeals rules for extension of time it has to be an

emergency. The document provided by the Respondents. There is no reasoning

legal arguments or other reason for them being late so the court must deny any

extension of they can become sued by the Appellant as an institution of justice. Its

unfair that the Appellant that has filed a very good see below extension of time a

real emergency of war, guns being shot at him, dead people, kidnapped people in

his life, constant oppression and he did not get the extension of time. But these

people who the Appellant has fired 15 Federal judges through his family clan the

MacDonalds and fired over 900,000 US federal workers cause of miss use of legal

cause of corruption already should get the justice that the Appellant can’t get in

APPEALS CASE: G049996 PRIORITY BUSINESS INC v CODY A FITCH.

There is no knew legal reasoning and that is not a reason for being late that is

excusable. Sued the courts can be and heavily fired and oppressed by corruption

charges in MacDonald clan courts.

III. CONTEMPT OF COURT LIEING UNTRUTHFULLNESS

(California Penal Code section 118 Code of Civil Procedure, (CCP,) Section

128.7)

The Respondent has stated that the “communication with

appellant is unproductive” This is a lie, they have made no communication with

the Appellant at all. The courts should bear witness that the case is about their

communication. Once again, the lie to themselves, the court and the Appellant. It’s

is very easy to go like this: email to Cody, Cody will respond. They have not and

for 10 years have not communicated with me. Thus they fall purview to the legal

action by the courts for lieing to get an extension of time for unproductive

communications. I have not blocked them from communicating to me. CCP 118

says if the litigant lies in court they can be punished by 1-4 years in jail, CCP

section 127.8 says if the litigant lies in a document to get a judgment they can

sanctioned.

III. PRAYER

The appeals court do not allow the illegal no legal excuse for

late filing document and they rule on the case as argued already and the appeals

case. The Court should sanction the Respondent for lying to the court to try and

get a judgment. They know better than lie. They can easily communicate with me

on anything they want. Just cause she is a woman does not mean she can lie. . Liz

is lying and that team has grown way to accustomed to lying to people instead of

communicating properly.
