    How to publish in the Romanian

    Educational System? Well, it’s quite simple. As a

    teacher, you enrol to different educational maa!ines and, after payin a small fee, your 

    article or study is to be published in the ne"t number of the illustrious maa!ines.

    #ut what happens if you want to be the one who edits the entire school maa!ine

    and not only one article? $he steps are similar, once you’%e recei%ed your &SS' code( you

    wait for the little article authors to respect the deadlines and deli%er their precious materials.

    $he &SS' code in Romania is not %ery hard to obtain, but as a teacher, you must

     be %ery well oranised and a ood manaer in obtainin the riht funds to sustain your 

    )school pro*ect+. What is &SS' code after all, and why is it so important to obtain? All in all,

    this code is a small part of the international networ of all editors who want to print a

    maa!ine and helps others findin your wor and not )stealin+ your ideas. $hus, you and

    your youn editor staff is internationally reconised and ready for wor. &t is an easy access

    ey in the international database and a means of fast easy control, facilitatin the relations

    with other serial publications, when possible.

    -or researchers or teachers these internationally reconised maa!ines help them

    with their personal de%elopment as educators. #ein published is not only a means of pride

    amon other colleaues, but also a permanent process of bein interested in your field and

    ettin better at what you do, both on a theoretical le%el, as well as the le%el of your practical

    methods in class.

    Alon my career, &’%e successfully wored in such a small editin staff and &

    must admit that worin with little ambitious )publishers+ made me the teacher & am today.

    Should & insist on the benefits of ettin in%ol%ed in such a team? -or starters you ha%e the

    satisfaction of bein the )proud mama+ of youn eneretic and enthusiastic and most

    determined younsters. $hey do not only want to be nown as competin learners amon the

    mass of all students, but they also thin ahead at their note%enborncareer. Some of them

    ha%e the instinct of fresh *ournalists and the huner of undisco%ered authors. $hey will write

    anythin and here is where your wor beins. As an Enlish teacher, you uide them to a new

    and different style of lanuae than the one the curriculum insists upon.

    And here is where firewors start poppin/ When you succeed in mentorin such

    youn ambitions, your educational oals are more than achie%ed.

    Secondly, when comin into contact with these %i%acious spones, as a teacher 

    and as a person, it moti%ates you to become better at what you )preach+ and more attenti%e at

    the suestions you mae. $hey will either mae them or brea them/ &t’s hard, but beautiful

    wor/ 0oti%atin and bein moti%ated/ $his is the true purpose of teachin, after all.

    And lastly, but please, do not et discouraed, you ha%e to be %ery conscious at

    what you are ettin into( e"tra hours and e%en e"tralonhome hours in front of your 12.

    #ut e%en so, the thrill of ettin your )baby+ out of the print e%ery month and the loo on the

    younpiranhaeditors’ faces and the praises from their part erases e%ery sinle e"tra lon and

    e"tra hard hour encountered alon the)editin lane+.

    &n conclusion, startin such

    educational pro*ects as School 0aa!ines,

    is a %ery rewardin process. 3ou not only

    ain the respect of your students, but also

    the appreciation of the Head School

    2ommittee as you mae their mission

    easier and )their+ school more renowned

    from the other schools that the 0ass

    Educational System has to offer. $hese

    maa!ines in%ol%e indeed lon hours, but

    also the method in which you e%ol%e as a

    trained teacher and as an indi%idual.
