Conclusions The Tagbanua tribe is rich with indigenous

knowledge .

Ola’gak and Ulam plants have the greater potential in medicinal and agricultural industry.

Recommendations Conduct bioassay studies to validate

the therapeutic value of Olagak and Ulam plants.

Local Government Unit (LGU) must formulate a policy to protect the habitat of Ola’gak and Ulam plants in terms of sustainable resource development and reforestation program or biofarm.

Conduct phytochemical tests to investigate the chemical substances found in the two plant species.

Conduct more studies to document the rich indigenous knowledge of the Tagbanua tribe.

THANK YOU!!!
