OXFAM’S EDP
The Enterprise Development Programme of OXFAM will address the gap on planting materials by:
1. Providing a loan as a source of the basic working capital for planting materials to start the moringa enterprise into massive scale of production
2. Integrating a program for women in view of economic and leadership empowerment
![Page 11: Moringabriefing aug20](https://reader036.fdocuments.us/reader036/viewer/2022062705/5565d6d5d8b42a8a7b8b5482/html5/thumbnails/11.jpg)
OXFAM’S EDP
The project’s objectives include:
1. To propel the potential of 72 small farmers (at least 30% are women) earning 4x more than their monthly income through Moringa leaves production while realizing for 120 women farmers supplemental income per two-month cycle through nursing of Moringa seedlings as caretakers
2. To transform poor women from two areas in Agusan del Norte province into skilled farmer-entrepreneurs and business leaders.
3. To strengthen further Libas MPC as the economic arm of small farmers in claiming a share of the market opportunities presented by a sunshine and lucrative Moringa industry
