We find ourselves in the final week of the term and it certainly provides us with the opportunity to reflect on the term. Our youngest students in kinder have done an amazing job adapting to ‘Big School’ and it has been wonderful to have school events that can be attended by families and the community.

Term 2 will be busy with the recommencement of choir, visiting student performance—Backflips Against Bullying, school ANZAC ceremony and town march, Check In Assessments, NAPLAN, PSSA Sporting Carnivals and excursions. There will be other things too, after 2020 it is nice to have lots of opportunities for our students.

Tonight will see our P&C meet in the 3-6 staffroom at 7pm. There is access to attend via Zoom as well. The Zoom meeting details are: Zoom Meeting Link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81477873802?pwd=TkZhWDZQTGN1TjNaSjJTOWJvenN2UT09 Meeting ID: 814 7787 3802 Passcode: 725382

The meeting is open to all, and an opportunity to gain greater insight into the operations of our school. Families play an essential role in the education process of our school and the P&C provides a vehicle for this to take place.

Our K-6 Easter Hat parade will take place this Thursday at 12pm. Families are invited to join us for the parade, assembly (K-2 Undercover area) and even have lunch with your child. When entering the school grounds we do ask families to sign in using the QR code and register that will be provided. Please maintain social distancing at all times.

On behalf of our school I would like to sincerely thank our school community who have been absolutely amazing during the term responding to the changing circumstances and guidelines.
