System: Beeline Contingent Labor Management System
Managing all aspects of the contingent labor application including: Program development, strategic
planning, system availability, security, SLA adherence, training, process development, multiple
integrations Oracle, OIM, etc., tenure discount management, supplier payments, functionality testing and
implementations, QA, security implementations, release planning and implementations, process and
system documentation, work effort assignments.
Procured, managed and developed three application engineers, multiple coops, and matrixed
resources.
Responsible for the management of the contingent labor system ($40 million/yr in supplier spend,
1,300 users, 70 vendors, 8 companies and multiple enterprise integrations & initiatives).
Realized 99.99% system availability every year and 100% on time supplier payments.
Led successful deployment of program/system for seven newly acquired companies (including Kelley
Blue Book), over a two-year period, while maintaining business continuity
Managed development and implementation of multiple system automations: timesheet approvals via
mobile devices (1,100 timesheets approved weekly); auto email notifications of SLA breach for
timesheet submissions, resulting in 4% increase in timesheet compliance; auto approvals for sys
admins and FTP delivery of supplier payment data to Oracle AP and Project modules, saving
approximately 5 hours per month in manual labor, increasing accuracy, ability to meet weekly SLA,
and providing for a secured delivery of sensitive data.
System: VersionOne Agile Project Management Application
Change and implementation management of the company’s agile transformation, including process
development and adherence, security and design. Supervise group onboarding/project and training
assignments. 300 users, anticipated growth to 1,000 by the end of 2015.
Re-engineered on-boarding/off-boarding process to streamline process realizing almost one-day
reduction in cycle. New process includes creation of ticket in incident management system for on/off
boarding and role/project assignment. Tickets included required fields and enabled mirroring of
existing users.
Developed off-boarding process; at implementation, almost 40 users were off-boarded immediately
freeing these needed licenses and increasing system security/data integrity.

Home Depot Help Desk (HR), Atlanta, GA 2007 – 2009 The Home Depot® is the world's largest home improvement specialty retailer, with more than 2,200 retail stores in the US.
Conducted business requirements gathering sessions for multiple imaging projects. Provided
development team with requirements which were clear, verifiable, feasible and complete.
Developed test cases and performed functional and system integration testing for a large SAP/Oracle
Imaging initiative linking archived AP documents in Oracle Imaging to SAP transactions. Functional
testing uncovered missed requirements. Functional testing was completed several weeks ahead of
schedule. System integration testing was completed on schedule.
Achieved top performer status in ticket resolution and asked by VP-of HR to apply for Manager, HR
Systems Help Desk four months in department.
Managed team of 12 Tier three analysts, supporting 14 HR systems, 250k+ employees nationwide.
Identified business process reengineering need for YOW’s; worked with customer to document.
Recognized process reengineering need for YOW business segment. New process decreased
onboarding cycle by two business days.
Re-engineered workflow to move key ticket intake to the correct Tier 1 Department. Partnered with
key leadership to obtain buy-in. Developed training documentation and led implementation.

banks. This bank move: Impacted HD’s AP, EP, direct deposit, bank consolidation functions, payroll for
75,000 associates, 11 functional groups, 8 banks, depository business for 350 stores and many
miscellaneous HD business’ (i.e., travel, credit cards, Stock, At Home Services, medical/dental, SCAN, etc).
Completed in ½ of time of previous bank move; success personally recognized by CFO. Provided additional functionality (three additional banks on Positive Pay & electronic transmission of
these files - 1st time accomplished at HD).

Macy’s Systems & Tech, Johns Creek, GA
Served as the technology hub of Macy's, Inc. creating, gathering and managing electronic data to provide
high-performance retail, e-commerce and data warehouse systems for all Macys, Inc. customers.
Successfully managed the development and implementation of time tracking system within one year which
was instituted throughout company (1,200 employees in 8 departments in 11 regions nationwide).
Provided senior management with potential customer profitability analysis (modeling) used during contract
negotiations as company expanded data management service to outside customers.
Chosen by CEO as project manager for the internal development of a company-wide time tracking system
to bill external customers for programming data services rendered.
Increased billable hours by 40% within first four months of implementation and two departments on
