Moreton Sixth sets the standard for all the girls in Moreton Hall and as members of the Sixth Form you are the leaders of the school.

During the working week which includes not only lessons, but private study periods, mealtimes and Saturday mornings, dress should be the following:

x Tailored separates or suit of your own choice, either with a skirt or trousers – skirts MUST be either on the knee or below the knee. Tailored trousers may be worn or a shift dress (which must be on the knee or below the knee), with jacket. Suits can also be purchased from School Shop Direct in navy or black pinstripe (see below) – these are machine washable and of excellent quality and design. Girls may well be asked to purchase a suit from the School Shop if they do not fulfil this requirement.NB Suits will be required for all formal occasions such as Open Days, Speech Days etc.

x Formal shirts (any colour) x Plain black or navy or skin-tone tights x Black or navy formal shoes with flat or modest

heels x Pullovers or cardigans, if worn, must be of a

single colour x It is advisable to have a plain navy/black formal

coat for colder weather x Compulsory for A Level Art students: Art apron

In order to help girls, staff and parents in interpreting the Sixth Form Dress,the below items are not permitted:

NB Any girls who are in the school teams will be required to buy the full team kit, which can be purchased from School Shop Direct.
