FROM THE VICE PRESIDENT

FROM THE TREASURER

The Audit committee has been hard at work balancing our

accounts. We are going to initiate several new processes

into our procedure in August.

Our next meeting is July 26th at 10am.

As always, if you have any questions, please feel free to

seek me out!

Ruby Marcocelli, Treasurer

Hard to believe the 4th of July weekend is already upon us. Preparations for the

events are being worked on by our hard working staff for the enjoyment of all

our members. Please keep in mind that the campground swells in population for

this weekend and that our resources become strained to the breaking

point. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests. please purchase

your guest passes beforehand so there is not so much of a bottleneck at the

gate. $10.00 for a pass is a very inexpensive charge for what it costs the member-

ship to have the events for the weekend. Make sure your golf carts are tagged

with your insurance sticker as security and inspections will be out in force. Please

patronize our fund-raising committee's events as this is how they raise money to

have more of these events and to buy new things for the campground. Check out

our newly remodeled store as they serve some great food and have all kinds of

things for your camping needs. Hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday.

Attention Members...a reminder that the dumpsters are for garbage only! Violators will

be charged a $50.00 fine for the first offense. Keep in mind that the dumpsters are un-

der surveillance. The campground will be charged an additional fee for each dumpster

that has non-approved trash in it. For example; construction material, furniture, mat-

tresses, electronics etc. If in doubt you can check with the office.

PLEASE PUT TRASH IN DUMPSTERS, NOT ON THE GROUND!!

FROM YOUR DIRECTOR AT LARGE

… from your Director-at-Large, Rick Hutchison @ G-12

It’s hard to believe that the 4th of July is upon us already. It’s been a rollercoaster of a season to date … lots of stuff happening … some good and some not so good … but as in all families we make the best of whatever life puts in front of us. I person-ally am extremely proud of our MCA BOD working together in serving for the good and best interest of MCA and all of our members. It is an honor and a privilege to work and serve with each and every one of your section representatives. As liaison and member of the Teen Committee we’ve been learning through our growing pains and the new Teen Rec. is growing into a very nice fit to the MCA community. Our 1st dance had over 200 teens in attendance for the evening. Our vendor has been extremely pleased not only with the funds that have been gener-ated but also with the fact that our teens have been taking extremely good care of the vendors machines and our new Teen Rec. building … this says a lot for our MCA family, the personal families of each and every teen, and most importantly the teens themselves … I’m so very proud of each and every one of them …

KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK !!!! As your director-at large I would like to reach out to each and every MCA member and make a few requests : 1). PLEASE take the time and be sure to put your lot number at the front of your camp. This simple request can assist in locating a camper’s lot in case of emergency. 2). Please respect OUR garbage dumpsters and area. These are for GARBAGE ONLY … NO televisions, No appliances, NO furniture, No bikes, lawnmowers ect. ect. These items not only take up space but also costs MCA extra $$$ when the garbage vendor charges MCA for mis-use of their service … so PLEASE … GARBAGE ONLY ! 3). PLEASE take pride in your campsite … it makes us ALL look good !! 4). AND MOST IMPORTANTLY … HAVE A FUN AND AWESOME CAMPING SEASON !!! … if you have ANY concerns, issues and/or just want to chat I’m located @ G-12 … thank you all for allowing me to serve as your director-at-large and to be your voice on the BOD here at MCA !!!

The Inspection Committee will be out in the campground this year checking on any rule violation(s). Particularly focusing on Lot Identification, current A/C , second refrigerators, electric golf carts and insurance stickers on all golf carts in the campground. Courtesy letters may be sent for rule violations and late fees will be added for assessments that aren't paid. Thank You, Inspection Committee

SECURITY will again be checking for up to date insurance stickers, lot

numbers and lights on golf carts this season. PLEASE be certain that

your stickers are up to date and that your lot number on the cart is clear-

ly visible. Electric carts need to have the additional assessment of $50.00

paid prior to April 1st.

Architectural Committee

There have been a good number of permits issued this year so the committee has been kept busy!! Please keep in mind that you need to obtain a permit before starting any construction on your lot. If you have any questions, the list of members is located in the office. Please ask questions first and always be safe when building your projects. Thank you, Architectural committee

I would like to thank all those who have given so generously to the clothing drive. I will continue to take donations as long as people are willing to do-nate. You can drop off your donation at either the A-frame or at my lot (C-624). Thank you for all of your support. We are helping a lot of needy fami-lies in our area.

Sincerely,

Dear Fellow Campers Last summer Bill and I had a donation table at our campsite D95. Where you could take what you want

and leave a donation if you could. Well, the monies that you donated were sent to the MAKE A WISH

foundation in memory of our son. We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Because of all

the good heated people that stopped by that day we were able to donate $165.00. Thank you for helping

us to help another child’s wish come true.

God Bless all of you,

Sincerely,

Bill and Susie Nau
