With a career spanning over 35 years In Construction I have and bring a wealth of experience and understanding to the roles & positions that I have fulfilled. Having a diverse knowledge of Commercial, Civil, & High-rise Construction including Site & Project management of Apartments, Schools, Bridges, Warehouses, Refurbishment & Green field’s projects. My Career path has taken me from apprentice with A.W. Baulderstone to Management roles with Contractors, Subcontractors and most recently Contract Construction Consultant working with Pickard Group, Minuzzo Project Management, Cox Constructions & Cavpower. I have performed roles in Project & Site Management, Contract Administration, Survey, Finishes & Fitout, Specialist subcontracting in Solid plastering & Cladding systems as well as programming, training, business systems in OH&S & Quality assurance and tendering. I bring multiversity of Personal & Business skills, including Qualifications in Coaching, Mentoring, Presentation, NLP & DISC Profiling. I have fulfilled Leadership and Management roles in diverse and dynamic Construction environments engaging with Clients, Consultants & Construction teams building strong relationships through collaborative & open communication. The wealth of experiences both personal and professional along with skills training and personal development has equipped me with the resources and resilience to lead, manage, communicate with and understand teams & individuals particularly in the construction environment. July 2015 achieved completion of Cavpower CRC facility. Recognized as a world class Caterpillar 5 star facility for the rebuilding of equipment components & engines. The first stage of total dealership development for Cavpower at Gepps Cross South Australia.
