account on average for 60-70% of total employment and 50% of GDP.

Often, these businesses lack the experience to fund their growth. Bank loans are

What is a Security Token Offering 1/3Definition & Process

Tokens offered in a STO are financial securities that derive their value from an underlying tradable asset. Tokens are created and sold (for USD$, Bitcoin or

Ethereum) with the purpose to fund a project. For example, a private company can issue equity tokens and use the raised funds to finance its next growth phase.A security token performs the same function as conventional security or convertible note, except that it confirms ownership through blockchain smart-contract.
