ground and the left hand towards a candle, while sitting face towards Shri Mataji’s picture

• Daily foot soak

• Give vibrations to the chakra.• Use the mantra of “Shri Ganesha” and “Shri Gauri Mata”.• Use affirmation “Shri Mataj, please make me innocent”• Sit on Mother Earth while taking vibrations, look at the earth.• Foot soak.• Maintain purity of eyes and thoughts.• Take Ajwan dhuni treatment.• Shoebeat problems.• Be honest with yourself. No impurity in thoughts and words.• Read the Ganesha Atharva Sheersha aloud.

• Use the mantra of “Shri Ganesha” and “Shri Gauri Mata”.• Use the affirmation “Shri Mataji by your grace I am the

pure innocence of a child”.• Do Puja to Shri Ganesha.• Avoid all tantric and occult practices.

The Right Mooladhara Chakra

• Use the mantra of “Shri Kartikeya”.• Use the affirmation “Shri Mataji, verily you are the killer of demons”. • Perform Puja to Shri Kartikeya, praying that he destroys all demonic

forces.• Dissolve all puritanical ideas of sex; all austere attitudes and rigidity of

any kind.• For constipation use carbohydrate diet for some time (not macrobiotic).

Avoid eating red meat.
