Eliza KesumaEliza studied textiles and design at Heriot Watt University, specialising in print design. After gathering work experience with various notable design companies and carrying out freelance projects, she was offered a job with a major interiors company as part of their interiors and communication design team.

Moving on from this job, Eliza decided to start her own business after noticing a niche in the interiors market for distinctive designs that challenged traditional creative concepts. As such, Eliza’s work appeals to individuals who want to be different by embracing their individuality. Creating designs that are at once innovative and stylish yet contemporary and opulent, Eliza also offers a bespoke service that tailors design concepts to fit the exact specifications of individuals. To Eliza, being different is something to be celebrated. To this end, Eliza’s work continues to be challenging and provocative yet beautiful and artistic, as she seeks to subvert people’s expectations of interior design. ‘TheSecret music’

Music is the most evocative yet intangible of all art forms. Through the medium of music we can express our feelings and become inspired; the art of music pervades our everyday lives and is integral to our culture.

But where do the sounds and melodies come from? Our ‘Secret Music’ wallpaper collection answers this question through exploring the inner workings of a musical organ. The intriguing beauty of what is inside the instrument reveals a variety of extraor-dinary shapes, textures and fascinating colours, all of which inspired our collection. The complex yet alluring inner workings of such an instrument is what brightens the world when a musician breathes life into the organ.

All these extraordinary details lead to a collection of exquisite wallpaper:

‘Black Keys’, ‘The Dance’, ‘Geometry of the Sound’ and ‘Modulate with Feelings’.

The graceful movement in our wallpaper design ‘The Dance’ evokes a sense of joy and delight, and is reminiscent of the desire for motion when one hears the right melodies.

‘Geometry of the Sound’ is inspired by similar shapes but of a different composition. Despite the controlled manner of the pattern, the flow of movement remains by suggesting the motion of sound waves.

As its name suggests, ‘Black Keys’ is inspired by the organ keys. There is a compelling intricacy in the design created by the exploration of modulating line depths within the pattern and its use of colours.

Finally, ‘Modulate with Feelings’ is a particularly fascinating design with unusual yet attractive details. The design explores the patterns created by the controls and but-tons of the instrument, producing an inquisitive and very playful arrangement.
