Colour scheme• My main colour scheme for all my pieces of media is blue and

orange because it is the colours used by Irn-Bru. I think it is a good two colours to have as it makes it very simple as it is just two colours but there is big contrast between the two. I might include a bit of silver as Irn-Bru use a silver statue on their cans but the most obvious colours will be blue and orange.

Font

• My font will be big and bold in blue with an orange border or orange with a blue border.• If the colours of text clash with the colours on the

products the I could change it to a silver background as I want to keep the colour scheme they already use.

Images

• The images I will use on my magazine advert will be my packaging design on the can. • My advert and web banner could have old black and

white pictures with someone holding an Irn-Bru advert just to fit in with the funny side of the advertising. • They could be from the medieval times even from old

drawings or just from when colour cameras weren't invented.

Product Packaging

Blue and orange colour scheme like the original Irn-Bru colour scheme. Also maybe silver like the silver statue on the current can design.

Big bold text in blue or orange with a blue, orange or silver border.

Mainly just text with no images. Maybe a small image of something from my actual advert. Big text and bright colours with the silver strips around the top.

I will be using on black and white photos or old medieval drawings in my advert but include someone holding an Irn-Bru can and then speech bubbles of them saying the slogan or something funny.

I want the font to look like it is handwritten and not look too modern to match them images I am using

It will mainly be black and white because of the image I am using. There will be a blue header and orange footer with the logo in and the can will also be in colour.

The advert will be portrait.

I will be sourcing my images from the internet as I wont be able to take them myself.

All of the Irn-Bru bottles and cans will be in a line on each side of my packaging design with a white background and blue header and orange footer.

My font will be big and bold and my slogan will be under all the Irn-Bru products.

My banner will be like the size of the website header on the Irn-Bru website so it is big enough to fit everything on that I want.
