Acoustic• I have chosen these images because:

•In the top left corner is the locations that associate with Acoustic music As you can see it is mostly fields and forests which is very nature oriented

•In the bottom left is the lyrical meaning “Keep Your Head Up, Keep Your Heart Strong” this has a very emotional impact on the target audience because the lyrics have a message.

•The top right and bottom right show typical conventions of acoustic music, the artist in casual clothes and with a guitar and the album covers are very inviting and calm with usually just the artists name on the front.

Rock

Rock• In the slide above shows typical conventions of Rock:

• In the bottom left of the slide shows the instruments that are typically used in Rock music videos.

• In the top left of the slide is the locations that you would associate with Rock music such as Abandoned Warehouses, broken/rundown streets.

• The rest of the slide shows what a typical artist would look like that are associated with rock, long hair, dark clothing and jewellery

Pop

Pop• I the top left of the slide shows typical instruments that are used in

Pop

• In the top right of the slide is the lyrical meaning of the son “Drive By” which have a meaning to them but mostly just relate to Music video and Romance.

• At the bottome of the slide is the typical artists you might find that are associated with Pop usic such as Katy Perry and Train.

K-POP

K-Pop• In the slide above I have chosen images based on my mind map:

• The images on the left hand side are of the artist in the music video, this goes against typical conventions of K-Pop because it is a concept video. Where as K-Pop videos are usually narrative.

• The images down the right had side are lyrical meaning of the song in Korean and English showing that the sing is really about a girl. Also the style that the abum and song are in, showing who they are aiming the song at.
