1 | welcome to AGS 2018
foreword from our CEO | 2
I would like to personally welcome each of you to the InteliSys Airline Growth Summit, our
annual user conference. At InteliSys, we see this Summit as the single most important event
each year. It helps drive our product direction and share knowledge with our clients and
partners, pushing us all to learn and grow together.
It is a very exciting time at InteliSys, as we continue to grow our amelia product suite. This
past year, we have been nominated and gone on to win several industry awards recognizing
our company and innovation. In turn, many of our airline clients have been nationally and
globally recognized for their contributions and successes. It is our passion to continue to
provide solutions and tools for airlines like you to grow, maximize your revenue, and create
an exceptional passenger experience.
It is important to our team to find new ways of making passengers happy, while encouraging
growth and financial success for our airlines. Because of this, we take an outside-in view
industry; looking at passenger trends and finding solutions to better serve passengers,
versus looking at emerging technologies and finding a reason to apply them at an airline. We
see this Summit as a time to learn from you about how to better serve you and your airline
passenger’s evolving needs.
Thank you for attending our Summit and bringing your expertise. Over the next few days, I
hope you feel inspired, that your amelia knowledge increases, and that you come away
feeling this Summit will aid in the growth of your airline. We have brought in leading experts
and partners, from within and outside our industry, to help you, our clients, grow your
airlines. My goal is for each of you to leave feeling that this was the best event you attended
this year in terms of growing your airline.
You, as leaders within your airlines, have the vision, the knowledge, and the experience to
help us pave our way into the future. You are truly InteliSys’ greatest asset, and we could not
accomplish what we do without your support. At InteliSys, our motto is ‘Never Settle’ and
we see so much opportunity to put that phrase into action- by making things better for you,
the communities you operate in, and your travelling passengers.
It has been our honour to serve our customers for over 30 years, and we look forward to
taking on the future with each and every one of you. My personal respect and thanks go out
to all of you. We never forget our customers have a choice in providers, and we work hard to
validate your decision to invest your time, resources and money with InteliSys.
