1. The World Center:

- Arranged for HReSmart seminar on 10th FL.

- Followed some pending items of construction.

2. Norch building:

- Handed over of supplement of fixed assets to relevant Division/Department.

- New drawings of 7FL & 8FL sent to the landlord for confirmation.

- For public shareholding company: foreign investors (“FIs”) can buy maximum at 60% total shares while buying & purchasing security in Vietnam

- For some specific fields which were stipulated by specific laws: rate for capital contribution (“CC”) or share purchasing (“SP”) must be must complied with such laws in CC & SP.

- For Vietnamese companies on service & commerce business: FIs must obey the rate of commercial treaties that Vietnam is one of its members.

- For other cases: no limitation for rate of CC or SP.- This Decision shall become into valid from 15 August

2009 and taken a place of Decision 36/2003/QD-TTg.
