“It’s A Family Affair” Montgomery Family Reunion July 29 – August 1, 2010 Greetings Montgomery Family, Introducing the Dazzling Dallas Family Reunion Committee Members: LaShaun Bowens, Seredi Dixon, Audrey Jenkins, Felicia Macklin, Gail O’Bannon, Julia Randall, Venus Randall, Margaret Ryan. We have worked diligently to put together an outstanding experience for all. This year’s reunion will be held in Dallas, Texas where they say, “Everything is Big in Texas” and that’s just what we plan to do. Do it up BIG!!! We believe the events we have planned fit the cost of this year’s reunion to include the following: Friday’s Hawaiian themed banquet, be sure to wear your best Hawaiian prints (don’t forget your grass skirt), Saturday’s picnic at Sandy Lake amusement park. Fun rides for the kids as well as swimming! All activities require tickets. Each person will receive fifteen tickets to start your venture at the park. Additional tickets are available for purchase at the park. The fun doesn’t stop here there are many more exciting activities planned. Enclosed in this letter you will find the hotel information, registration form, T-shirt order form, a donation request form and new this reunion a t-shirt design contest entry form. The deadline for paying your registration fee is June 15 th . Any fees received after this date must include an additional fee of $5.00 per person.
