– Graduation Coach/School Counselor conferences with students and parents

– Predictor Tests for GHSGT and Writing Assessments

– The parent involvement coordinator will provide various workshops for parents

– Website will be utilized to increase parent communication and provide updates and notifications of school functions/activities

– Home-School Connections or Agendas are provided to each student as a communication tool between school and home

To provide a safe and efficient transportation for the students of Montgomery County

– Conduct professional learning/training for drivers– Continue to improve use of digital cameras on buses– Reevaluate the bus purchase schedule– Continue to work with principals and schools to

increase acceptance of drivers as an integral part of the educational process

– Upgrading of transportation director’s radio equipment and bus radio repeater system

and reduce system-wide costs for energy– Collaborate with stakeholders to include necessary allotments
