2- Monitoring With Monitors

MONITORING EQUIPMENT OBSERVATION/PERFORMANCE

Bio fouling Monitor:- This equipment has been commissioned at return line for Inspection of bio fouling. Differential Pressure across biofouling monitor should not exceed more than 20% of the initial value through out the contact period.

Deposit Monitor: - This equipment has been commissioned at return line for Inspection of deposition in cooling water systems. Deposition on heater of deposit monitor should be loose in nature and deposition should be < 15mg/dm2/year. 3-CORROSION MONITORING OF COOLING WATER SYSTEM-

Corrosion coupons are installed for monitoring of corrosion in Cooling Water system. Corrosion Rate -3 mpy max. For M.S, 0.5 mpy max for Brass.

4- TEST COOLER:- This equipment has been commissioned at return line for Inspection of overall performance of circulating water.

5- PLANT SURVEY: - Plant survey carried out to know about the performance of critical Exchanger of the plant.
