We are a family company which came into existence thanks to friendly relationships with our co-founders based in California. As time has passed we ve become a fully Czech-owned company.
Jolana Ctvrteckova, the company owner and mother of four, says: „There would be nothing without friends and family, and if you have inspiring work that you love on top of it, it s pure happiness. The formation of the company has been a big, yet enriching challenge for me since its very origins. It s an unceasing creative process.“
In our own designed collection of interior art glass accessories you can find products that are brought to life directly in our workshop, where glass is cut into appropriate sheets, ground, laid into self-made ceramic moulds, and at high temperatures bent (i.e. slumped) into desired shapes. Then the newly born bowls, platers, vases etc. are hand-painted.
We ve developed a unique painting technology that is similar to the historical „under-painting“ method from our region of Northern Bohemia. Times ago such painted glass pictures were decorating every cottage in the mountains surrounding us.

The other remarkable products in our art glass collection are hand-formed and mouth-blown pieces that are made according to our design sketches in partnering glassworks around the Czech Republic.
The production procedure is fascinating. On his/her blowpipe a glassblower takes up a sizeable portion of glowing honey-like molten glass. By turning the blowpipe around and by additional blowing and winding up further hot glass layers a product is formed step by step to get the desired shape.
