NEW CHEMICAL PLANT AT WADI ELNATRON INDUSTRIAL The Client intends to construct a new Chemical Plant. The land area is approximately 38,000m2 (Phase 1 land area = 160m X 144m). Allowable footprint area shall be 26% of land area, and maximum height shall be 15m. The new chemical plant shall be designed to include the following components: production and drumming unit buildings; administration building(s); electric and substations; nitrogen/air generators; waste-water treatment plant area and pump room; secondary raw material air-conditioned warehouse; monomers storage area; fire fighting foam system and storage; and fire water tank / raw water tank and fire pump room.
SOLVAY SODIUM CARBONATE PLANT - SHAHRAZAD PHASE 2 PROJECT
The project comprised the installation of a new distillation line, a new concentration column, and the revamping of the absorption sector including ammonia receiving station and rationalization of the water cooling sector to increase the production capacity from 130,000 tons/year to be 200,000 tons/year.

Detailed design of the Core Medical Hospital and Emergency Medical Centre, Oncology Hospital and Outpatient Clinic, Polyclinic and Day Surgery, Central
Laboratory, Pharmacy, Medical Administration Building and Conference Centre, parking structure, infrastructure design for medical and service zone, infrastructure design for main roads of residential and university zones and utilities buildings.
The scope included the design of:
30,000 m3/day brackish water reverse osmosis desalination plant.
20,000 m3/day medical zone filtration plant.
70,000 kG/hr steam production facility (boiler house) designed to be extended to 300,000 kG/hr in phase 5 of the project.
8000 m3/day polishing water treatment plant for polishing & treatment of medical wastes.
UPGRADE OF FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM FOR RAS GHAREB PETROLEUM TREATMENT STATION
This renovation includes the entire fire fighting and fire alarm systems which shall cover all of the crude oil tanks in addition to the new control room.
The new fire fighting system shall include new fire water tank, new fire pump station, number of foam bladder tanks for the protection of the crude oil tanks, cooling nozzles for water cooling systems for some of the crude oil tanks and necessary piping and supports.
PETROLEUM INSTITIUE RESEARCH CENTRE MODIFICATIONS IN ADNOC IN ABOU DHABI
PHASE 2 OF NEW NATURAL GAS LIQUID (NGL) SUPPORT CAMPUS AT MESAIEED
The facility consists of new NGL laboratory, new administration building, canteen building, mosque, and central workshop, and transport depot, fuel vending facility, warehouse and stores.
The facility includes new NGL laboratory building including metallurgy and corrosion laboratory, finished product laboratory, sulphur laboratory, gas chromatograph laboratory, analytical laboratory, physical laboratory and environmental laboratory.
MASTER PLANNING & INFRASTRUCTURE DESIGN OF 8 SITES IN KSA
The Project consists of eight land parcels, four sites are located in the north region and the other four located in the south region. The site areas range from 100,000m 2 to 680,000m2.
