a. Suhail is part of US Payroll Implementation & Migrations team and have played major role in handling the below mentioned activities:

i. Handling Projects independently and mentoring Consultants on how to conduct Batch Processing

ii. At Implementation level verifying if process designs are implemented appropriately to save time and Improve accuracy and efficiency..

b. Additionally, he played crucial role in coaching the consultant during the engagement and successfully completed ALL the Implementations within stipulated time frame and 100% Accuracy.

2. Process Re-engineering –

a. Suhail has done detailed analysis on varied sub-processes and provided value - adds which has significantly contributed in improving process efficiencies and minimizing effort upto 70% and saving cost for US transitional clients by 60%.

b. Suhail has successfully Transitioned the entire Migrations Process (Client level support) from US Business Unit to Pune Site. He visited Chicago (US) office to transition the process and trained back Pune Consultants on new client opportunities .

c. He was directly reporting to BU partners, Asst Managers & Managers, facilitating smooth transition of varied client projects on Implementation during the course of engagement with Client & Partners.

d. Below are the few activities performed & monitored by him:

i. Worked on upgrading the Employer and Manager Self Service Portal for varied clients.

ii. Assisted US Counter-parts by generating automated reports for Parallel UAT testing and performed step-by-step analysis with BU Partners .

iii. Prepared Implementation plan schedules and performed step-by-step implementation for client migration to upgraded version of products based on PeopleSoft, Oracle Interfaces. Suhail has written basic SQL+ scripts to upgrade client data on PeopleSoft applications (Oracle being backend ) without involving manual procedures.

iv. Handled and lead Project Related Calls and designed flowcharts and SOP’s for Bench-Marking the procedures and processes.

v. Conducting audit and identifying the process leakages and performing root cause analysis for any bottlenecks..

vi. Handled interim discussion with process owners for communication of process gaps and seeking appropriate clarifications.

vii. Concrete the process leakages with process owner and attaining target dates for mitigating of identified risk.

viii. To conduct follow-up audit to ensure that previous year commitment from sub-processes are met in order to mitigate the efforts and Improving Efficiency..

3. Portal Upgrade –

a. Suhail has worked towards Client Web Portal Upgrade for Employee & Manager Level.

b. Suhail has also facilitated other upgrade activities for client like eTime and Clock Upgrades which has helped clients to keep track on Employee office schedules like : Punch-In : Punch –Out Activities; Weekly Schedules, Vacations, HR Information, Weekly Off’s; W2- & W4 forms Information- meant for exemption under US Taxation Law, in an efficient manner.

4. Control Bench-Marking :

a. Bench Marking Client Information as per ADP standards of Payroll for smooth transition from Legacy to upgraded version of products.

b. Reviewing the controls identified and mapping them to ADP Standards and suggesting clients those additional controls which shall address those risks which are not identified by the client.

c. Identified gaps provided by client during last year review and mapping them to ADP standard controls.

5. Risk Assessment (BCP/DR) and ISMS(Information Security Co-ordinator)-

a. Conducting meeting with supervisors in sub-processes and understanding their areas of concerns in terms of recovery procedures during any Risk to the BU Site.

b. As per the ADP Risk methodology, performing the Risk assessment through ARAP (ADP Risk & Assessment Procedures - Specific to ADP) to identify High, Medium & Low risk areas.

c. Based on the risk rating Chart Out a further Plan to overcome the Risk.

6. Additional Work performed-

a. Serving as ISO/ ISMS Co-Ordinator for the process and lead Internal and External ISMS audit programmes performed by Internal (ADP India ISMS Team) and External ISO/ISMS Audit Team.

b. Serving as process owner for BCP/DR ( Business Continuity Plan AND Disaster Recovery) planning for the process during acute emergencies and prepared Risk Assessment and Execution Plan. .
