Man Power Recruiting From Well Established Institutions Engineering, Polytechnic, ITI & Degree Colleges. Internal Training Program’s To Be Conducted To Improve Skilled Sales Experts, Customer Relation Job Oriented Employees For Soft Skills. Motivation Takes Place Based On Individual Overall Performance. Fulfilling Manpower Requirements For Various Dept.’S based on their demand. Employee Benefits Schemes Are To Be Evaluated, Salary, Wages, PF, ESI, Increment & Bonus Are To Be Fixed Based On Qual. ,Exp., Skill, Performance & Category. All Dept.’S (Service, Parts & Sales) Reports On Daily Basis To Be Monitored & Forwarded To MD. Based On KRA’s Weak Areas Are To Be Monitored & Necessary Action Plan Has To Be Implemented.
