Technical Support to “58” project (SAR 88,500,000) Client: NWC

Project description: National Water Company (NWC) is developing the hole system of company by getting PMO contract to develop the PMM and solving the obstacles which faces their progress in management way. Functions & Responsibilities

Managing 2 Projects sewerage mainlines using thrust boring and micro tunneling technicality and lift station with

total (280 Million SAR) of in addition to 5 Projects of Branches and House connection sewerage lines with total of

(330 Million SAR).

Assist NWC project/ program manager with the management of their projects.

Monitor and report contractor activities.

Review and advice on the contractor’s submissions.

Reports to SAPL’s CBU Project Manager.

Co-ordinate and review contractor and consultant performance and ensure compliance with requirements and project

management good practice.

Review weekly and monthly reports as presented by Contractor's.

Assist in the preparation of project management plans.

Attend Executive meetings, weekly progress meeting, Quality meetings and Safety meetings and make sure that all

relevant parties attended.

Project description: EMAAR was the sponsor developer of King Abdulla city in Jeddah and the main items which have be done Infrastructures works, our scope were the industrial valley with package of all network which support the industrial valley to construct more factories.

Functions & Responsibilities

Water utilities infrastructure a) Potable water Network (HDPE-Ductile iron). b) Sewerage Water Network (GRP-UPVC). c) Treated sewage Effluent (TSE) network (HDPE-Ductile iron). d) Storm Water Network (GRP). e) Power utilities Infrastructure (Low voltage-Medium voltage-Telecommunication).

Coordination, Communication and Interface with Client.

Coordinate between the infrastructure works and Solving design conflicts.

Value engineering.

Weekly technical meetings with Client, Project Management and Consultant.
