How to modify users in AAX
This is a management functionality with management access to AAX.
Once you are logged in Click on ADMIN
On this screenClick on “Administration”
Do not click on “User Profile”
On this screenClick on “Users”
On this screenClick on the link with
your dealer name
Once you have clicked on the linkYou will see the list of all the users
Click on any of the users to modify the status or password.
You will see this screen with the name of the user
You can change the status from “VALID” to “INVALID” when an
individual leaves.
You can change the passwordJust remember a minimum of 8
characters with at least one letter and one number.
Make sure you click on “SAVE” at the very bottom
Again – Scroll down Click on SAVE
Once saved scroll up make sure you see
“Save Successfully…”
