We have been inspired by nature. The surfaces and decors for the pro-grammes moderna perfection and moderna lifestyle are intended to be as close as possible to nature. The flooring should be authentic and hardly differentiable from real wood flooring. Natural decors and tangible surfaces will convey the impression of touching a piece of nature.

Our laminate flooring has not really been growing on a tree, but it has been manufactured from natural components. When purchasing raw materials and components we have been very selective to use only those that are of highest quality, natural and environmentally friendly (since 2000 BHK is certified in DIN ISO 9001 and DIN ISO 14001).

Programmes with integrated sound insulation carry a “plus” in their names. Through the direct bond between the flooring and an environmentally-friendly wood fibreboard, it is approx. 50 % less noisy (-19db) than standard laminate flooring.

We manufacture innovative laminate flooring using nanotechnology. The result of this modern production procedure is electron-beam-lithographed laminate (EPL).

This procedure facilitates a revolutionary mix of functions, giving laminate flooring new dimensions. This new generation of laminate flooring now has new advantages that used to only apply to other types of flooring. These include: elasticity and flexibility, durability and value stability.

Floors with the Elano surface provide for harmonious surround sound. They are also comfortably foot warm and anti-static. Ideal for walking barefoot!
