We have been inundated with enquiries from parents booking time for their families to participate and look forward to this being another wonderful MES Cairo community event. Event T-Shirts have been in high demand – we have a limited supply of most sizes remaining, so don’t delay in sending your order in tomorrow. The order form is attached again to this letter, for your ease of reference and completion. Some points of clarification to help you plan your support of this fantastic event: Parents are very welcome to walk with their children in Primary classes, as scheduled – there is no need to pre-book to participate at the scheduled class time Parents are very welcome to walk with student teams throughout the afternoon sessions – there is no need to pre-book to participate at the scheduled team time Families can schedule a slot to walk – email [email protected] to book your preferred time Any member of the school community can join us during the ‘Open House’ portion of the event, from 5.00pm until 8.30pm We are delighted to announce that Amr Mostafa, MES Cairo parent and exceptionally talented singer/songwriter, will perform at 7.00pm . He is giving his time in support of the worthy cause of the Tahya Masr Fund and we expect a huge turnout of our school community family and friends. We look forward to welcoming you to this event from 8.00am on Tuesday 21 March 2017 – we aim to break previous records in terms of participants and funds raised and rely on every member of our school community to support us in doing so.
