MODA File System

OverviewThe root folder is moda

Folder: /moda/attachs

Description: The main use of this folder is to save all attachments (files) that are

used in the system.

Sub-Folders:

../companies Files

This folder is used to save files related with the Company Module (Company Profile).

Examples: Customer/Vendors Manuals, Customer/Vendors Logos, etc.

../developments

This folder is used to save files related with the Development Module(Products/Styles sub-module). Examples: Style sketches, Color swatches (scan

images), Customer Approvals (scan images), etc.

../products

This folder is used to save files related with the Products Module (Products/Styles

sub-module). Examples: Style Pictures, Commercial Certificates, Labels, etc.

Folder: /moda/css

Description:The main use of this folder is to save all the Style Sheets used in the

system.

File: base_styles.css

This is the main CSS file used in the de general template layout of MODA.

Files: costing.css

This file has all the costing module styles.

Folder: /moda/extranet

Description: This folder is used to save all the files used on Extranet MODA. Atthis point the files saved here has the Customer Portal

Sub-Folders: ../modules/colletions

This folder has all the files for the EXTRANET MODA Collections Module. This

module allows the employee to create Collection for the customer to see.

Sub-Folders: ../modules/company

This folder has all the files displaying the Contact Us and Company Information, so

that the Customer accessing the Extranet MODA can contact and communicate with

the Sales Department.

Sub-Folders: ../modules/devs

This folder has all the files related with the EXTRANET MODA Development

Module. In this section the Customer can communicate with the Development

Department. At this point it allows to check the Status of a Development Request,

Communicate (Logs), Attach Files.

Sub-Folders: ../modules/orders

This folder has all the files related to the EXTRANET MODA Sales Module. In thissection the Customer can view Status of his Orders and Communicate (Logs) with

the Sales Department.

Folder: /moda/fonts

Description:This folder is used to save all the Font files used by the MODA

System.

Folder: /moda/img

Description: This folder is used to save the images (Icons) that are used in the

system icons. Example: buttons, Company logo, etc

Folder: /moda/js

Description: This folder is used to save all the JavaScript files used by the system.

This is used for the main libraries.

Sub-Folders: ../autocomplete

This is an AutoComplete Library used in some text fields in the System.

Sub-Folders: ../layout

This folder has too main files: tools.js and jquery. jQuery is the a library used

through the system and tools has some functions that are also used through the

system.

Folder: /moda/modules

Description: This is where all files related with all the modules are saved. Each

sub-folder within this folder is a Module in the MODA System.

Folder: /moda/modules/accounting

This folder had the Accounting Module with two Sub-Modules Chart of Accounts and

Payables.

Sub-Folders: ../chart

This folder has the Chart of Accounts with Edit+New+Save+Search operations.Each are saved separately in separate files with the same name. There are two sub-

folders: js (has all the JavaScript used in this section), wservices (has all the

WebServices used in this module).

Sub-Folders: ../ payables

This folder has all the files related with Payables and Checks. The Checks section

has the fowllowing operations: Edit+New+Save+Search. The Payables section has

the following operations:New+Search.

Folder: /moda/modules/companies

Description: This folder contains all the files related to the Company Module. You

can create Vendors and Customers profiles. It also includes the Contacts Sub-

module and the Locations Sub-module. Contacts (Employees, Customer Contacts,

Vendor Contacts, etc.) are saved here and Locations (Shipment Addresses,

Corporate Addresses, etc.). The file company_standards_save is used to save

Company Standards (Shipment Type, Factor Approval, etc). The file options_save.jsp

is used to save Company Options (Requires Color Approval, Requires Label

Approval, etc).

Sub-Folders: ../js

This folder has all the JavaScript used in this Module.

Sub-Folders: ../wservices

This folder has all the WebServices used in this module.

Folder: /moda/modules/components

Description: This folder contains all the files related to the Labels and Trims

Module, through the System they are also considered as Components. The Labels

Module has the following operations: Edit+New+Save+Search+Print. The Trims

Module has the following operations: Edit+New+Save+Search.

Folder: /moda/modules/developments

Description: This folder contains all the files related to the Development Module.

Within this Module it also contains the Collection Sub-Module. The Collection Module

has the following operations: Edit+New+Save+Search+Attachments. The

Development Module has the following operations:

Edit+New+Save+Search+Print+Logs+Attachments.

Sub-Folders: ../xsl

This folder has all the XSL files used in this module. new_log.xsl is used as a

template for the Email Log (every time a new Log is created an Email is sent to

relay the update).

Folder: /moda/modules/fabrics

Description: This folder contains all the files related to the Fabrics Module. Within

this Module it also contains the Yarn Sub-Module. The Fabrics Module has the

following operations: Edit+New+Save+Search.

Folder: /moda/modules/homes

Description: This folder contains two files that are used for Customized Home

Screens. For some Employees when they login into the MODA they are redirected tospecific Home Screens that are customized based on they Department

characteristics. There are two files: home_cut (Cutting Deptarment) and home_sew

(Sewing/Development Department).

Folder: /moda/modules/hr

Description: This folder contains files for the HR Module. At this point there are

two functions that are functional: Infractions and Warnings. For the Infractions

option the available operations are: Edit+New+Save+Search+Print+Email. For theWarnings option the available operations are:

Edit+New+Save+Search+Print+Email.



Sub-Folders: ../xsl

This folder has all the XSL files used in this module. Infranction_email.xsl is used as

a template for the Email Infraction (every time a new Infraction is created an Email

is sent to relay the update). warning.xsl is used as a template for the Email

Warnings(every time a new Warning is created an Email is sent to relay the update).

Folder: /moda/modules/mfg

Description: This folder contains files for the Manufactuing Module. At this point

there are two sub-modules: Cutting and Processes. Cutting Sub-Module the

available operations are: Edit+New. And the Processes Sub-Module has the

following available functions: Edit+New+Save+Search.

Folder: /moda/modules/mfg

Description: This folder contains the files for the Company Procedures Module.

This module is used to create and organize company procedures. It has the

following available functions: Edit+New+Save+Search+Print.



Folder: /moda/modules/products

Description: This folder contains all files related to the Products Module and it is

the most developed module at this point. Sub-Modules: Color Library, Print Library,

Costing, Quote and Style. The Color Library has the following available functions:

Edit+New+Save+Search; it is used to manage all available colors used by the styles

and fabrics (Files are named color_??). The Print Library has the following available

functions: Edit+New+Save+Search; it is used to manage prints/graphics used in the

Styles and also in Fabrics (Files are named print_??). Style Module is where all the

Garment Styles are saved together with its Specifications (Files are named

product_??). Quotes are requested by the Sales Department to the Development

Department. A quote is created entering the most amount of information about the

Style. The Development Department than creates a Costing Request that is used to

cost the Developed Style. The Quote Request has the following available functions:

Description: This folder contains files shared between all the Modules.

Sub-Folders: ../css (Needs to be merged with /moda/css)

File: basemenu.css is used for the System Top Menu.

File: ext_menu.css is used for the Extranet Menu.

This folder contains images like buttons and icons used in the system.

Yahoo YUI Library.

Folder: /moda/modules/Templates

Description: This folder contains the two Dreamweaver Templates used in the

System.
