Mocha Punch

1/2 cup instant chocolate drink mix

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup instant coffee granules

1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream

Bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat. Add all ingredi-

ents but ice cream. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

About 30 minutes before serving, pour into a punch bowl. Add ice

cream by scoopfulls. Stir until partially melted. Garnish with dollups

of whipped cream and chocolate curls if desired.

Cranberry Tea

1 pkg. cranberries

8 cups water

2 cups boiling water with 2 cups sugar dissolved

1 cup orange juice

30 whole cloves

Bring cranberries to boil in 8 cups of water, let simmer until they

pop. Strain. Add the water with sugar dissolved in it, as well as the

orange juice and cloves. Serve warm to guests as they come in

from the cold. An added bonus: Your kitchen will smell wonderful.
