DAILY DISCOVERIESMobius volunteers facilitate fun and educational activities. Every day is a di�erent discovery activity. Experience a variety of hands-on activities such as: reptile encounters, slime, Snap Circuits, and �lm canister rockets.

Mobius Science Center (located in the Downtown Spokane Library) o�ers an engaging and informal learning environment. Students learn as they explore and play with hands-on science exhibits. Mobius requires 1 adult chaperone per 7 students.

Field Trip Option 1:Self-guided exploration of the exhibit space. $5 per student.

Field Trip Option 2: Self-guided exploration of the exhibit space and participation in a fun, hands-on workshop. $7 per student.

Option 2 Workshops: With speci�c learning objectives, these workshops are built for 10 to 25 people and are 1 hour in length. Choose one of the workshops to enhance your �eld trip experience!

BOOM Camp! Cannons, Rockets, and Other Noisy ThingsMake noise with cannons, rockets, jets, hovercraft, and more rockets! This four day science camp is the best fun you’ve ever had with force and motion physics. Discover how the power of air can move objects and make noise. Join us to play with all of the noisy toys you shouldn’t use in the house! *Earplugs included!

July 7-10 || Members: $300, Non-Members: $325 || 3rd - 6th grade || 10am - 3pm

Flammable Junk Food and Culinary MysteriesPut on your lab coat, goggles, and gloves! Immerse yourself in the world of a food scientist. Enter our culinary laboratory and determine which junk food makes the best kindling, make ice cream with liquid nitrogen, and test food dyes using gel electrophoresis. Join us all week for food science and taste testing. Discover why city marmots and people are addicted to the same food!

July 13 -17 || Members: $300, Non-Members: $325 || 3rd - 6th grade || 10am - 3pm

Ignite The Night! The Entertainment Technology Camp Every year, organizations like Disneyland, Universal Studios, Cirque du Soleil, and others continue to push the boundaries of science and technology by incorporating innovative design and engineering to create entertainment extravaganzas. Mobius is pleased to present a unique camp experience for students who are interested in the process and technology that goes into these spectacles. Campers will put on their very own spectacular �nal project to be displayed for parents, friends, and the public the last night of the week! Experienced instructors with backgrounds from Disneyland, Universal Studios Hollywood, and Las Vegas will take students through the design process, implementation, construction, and programming. Principles being taught will include system design, signal paths, linear show programming, A/V systems, special e�ects, lighting and video production & editing. More details online.

July 20 - 24 || 13 years & up || Members: $485, Non-Members: $540 || Scholarships Available || 10am - 3pm

Where on Earth is Mars?Design it. Build it. Break it! Re-create the Lake Missoula Ice Dam from 10,000 years ago and discover how NASA tested Mars rovers in our own back yard. This week-long Mars and Earth geology camp includes exploring the unique geology of our area and how much our Channeled Scablands resemble the Martian landscape. Build your rover to see how well it will navigate the scablands. Master your navigation skills with compasses, GPS, and topographical maps.

July 27-31 || Members: $300, Non-Members: $325 || 3rd - 6th grade || 10am - 3pm

SMALL GROUP WORKSHOPS Mobius educators bring fun and educational workshops to you! Our educators guide small groups (15 - 30 people) through hands-on lessons. Choose a workshop from the list! Each workshop is 1 hour in length and can be adapted for 90 minute classes. Topics wil be geared for age approriateness. Half Day - 2 Workshops: $445*Full Day - 5 Workshops: $850*

SCIENCE SHOWMobius brings fun science to your large groups (20 - 150 people) and assemblies. Each show is 45 minutes long with demonstrations of various science principles.

TRAVELING PLANETARIUM We travel to you! Fly through space, stargaze, and land on distance planets in our portable, digital planetarium dome. The planetarium shows cover a variety of topics to meet speci�c subjects or learning standards. Shows are tailored for 2nd grade and above with astronomy lessons available for younger groups.

Shows Available: Solar System | Constellations | End of EverythingCapacity: The planetarium can �t up to 30 people per showShow Length: 45 - 55 minutes1st Show: $250*Each Additional Show: $95

Planetarium Requirements: Indoor space required - 25’ x 25’ on ground, 12‘ height clearance. If taking place in larger space, other activities cannot take place in same room for safety of equipment, sta�, and visitors.Up to 4 shows can be scheduled per day; additional shows will need to be booked in successive days. There is a 30 minute break between shows.
