For the past 150 years, Kleemann has been de-

or the natural stone and recycling industry.
One o the most important elements o the Klee-
mann product range is the track-mounted impact
crusher rom the MOBIREX series.
MOBIREX impactors are used sot to medium-
hard natural stone and recycle construction

CONTRACTOR LINE
The Contractor Line plants are designed in such a way
that they can adapt to almost all working conditions –
with regard to both the eed material and movement o
the machinery.
They are comparatively easy to transport and have
drive concepts that accommodate changing operatio-
nal conditions. That means they are more than equip-ped or the most varied o applications, as well as or
work in recycling and natural stone.
QUARRY LINE
The Quarry Line plants have been especially develo-
ped or the hard conditions experienced in quarries.
Their diesel-electric drive concept is extremely eicient

This quantum leap is owed not only to the two
completely newly developed crushers with
several technical innovations, but mainly to the
new material fow concept, which is operated
consistently through the entire plant. At the
same time, the plants remain relatively easy to
transport thanks to their compact dimensions
and weight and are ideal or the most diverse
applications.
The new generation o mobile impact crus-
hers rom Kleemann are universally adaptable
plants which are suited or processing both
blasted natural stone, asphalt and demoltion
waste as well as producing a rst-class end
quality product. Despite its comparatively

MR 110 Z EVO TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Separating made easy:
Even in recycling the separation and sorting o reinorcing
steel is an important part o the crushing process.
The large ground clearance below the crusher signicantly
reduces the danger o bridging. In addition, an ecient
magnetic separator is available as an option, which can
be hydraulically lowered and lited using the radio remote
control. This way reinorcing steel can be removed quickly
and simply and the machine is ready again or operation.
The two plants are available with an optional screening unit, the oversize can be returned back to the crusher
or stockpile to the s ide. The screening unit is easy to install and remove and has increased in size by 44 % in
comparison to the previous plant.

The operating concept was also adapted to
the new design. All main components are dis-
played on a new touchscreen and all important
unctions can be started simply and quickly
using a well-arranged menu guide.
The MR 130 is similar in design to the MR 110.
Due to its larger crusher width and more po-
werul drive, the overall output has once again
been considerably increased. Like the MR 110,
the MR 130 can also be used or both primary
and secondary crushing. The two plants are
operated by an intelligent control that works in
the background, which optimises perormance
and availability.
Thanks to an even wider internal space in the crusher and theaccess below the crusher, material bridging is a thing o the
past. Large material fows can be optimally spread out without
having to adjust the conveyor speed. The reduced riction on all
components has the result o reduced wear in spite o theincreased output. The increased widths, in comparison to
the MR 110, allows or a signicant increase in output or the
MR 130, approximately 30% compared to the smaller plant.

Eective primary screening: With the basic model o the
MR 130 EVO, primary screening takes place via a slotted
integrated grizzly in the eeder trough. The plant is also
available with an independent double-deck pre screen
as an option, which is extremely eective at screening
nes or simply by-passing material that does not need to
be crushed to increase production and reduce wear.
With crushing widths o 1100 and 1300 mm
these two mobile crusher plants are the pioneerso a new generation in the MOBIREX series.

o eciency o this drive variant keeps uel
consumption below 35 l/h depending on the
application.
The clearly structured design o the plant in
its basic version is equipped with everything
that it needs. An active independent double-
deck pre screen with slotted grate or punched
sheet, a crusher with two impact aprons, and
a vibrating eeder below the crusher, all come
as standard with the MOBIREX MR 122 Z.
The classic model among the mobile impact
crushers is the MR 122 Z. It is subject to con-
tinuous development and equipped with more
and more power making the proessionals in
the recycling and quarry industries really
appreciate the uncompromising design o
this plant.
The large rotating 1300 rotor is set in motion
using a 250 kW electric motor. Even tough
reinorced concrete and large limestone blocks
are no match or the SHB 12/100 crusher. To
meet its purpose, the MOBIREX MR 122 Z has
a large ree space between the rotor and the
vibrating eeder below the crusher. The 1400-
mm-wide main discharge conveyor also trans-
ports steel rebar collision-ree to the catch-
ment area o the magnet.
A 359 kW diesel engine stimulates the 65-
tonne MOBIREX. The generator, which is
fange-mounted on the fywheel, produces the
required electric power or the 250 kW electric

Thanks to a generously dimensioned generator,
there is the possibility o powering an additional
screening unit.
Cleaning included:
For use with very dirty natural stone, Kleemann designed
the MR 122 with a wobbler grizzly or primary screening.
In place o the active independent double-deck pre screen,
in this special plant there is a two-stage wobbler grizzly,
which is ed directly and cleans the material. In addition
to cleaning the eed material, the wobbler grizzly also
prevents material sticking to the eeding unit with its
sel-clean unction.

Taking advantage o the limited space with a power
pack o maximum power, Kleemann has equipped the
MOBIREX MR 150 Z with an advanced direct drive.
MOBIREX MR 150
A 16 litre diesel engine rom the latest genera-
tion with a power output o 426 kW uses ap-
proximately 350 kW o this or the drive o the
heavy-duty SHB 15/100 crusher. The remaining
power is used to power the active double-deck
pre screen, the vibrating eeder, the belt conve-
yors and all other drives.
The largest mobile impact crusher rom the
range o Kleemann products that can be trans-
ported without disassembly is the MR 150 Z.
With a 75 tonne transport weight, it can be
ound everywhere where maximum output
counts.
In its proven classic design, the MOBIREX MR
150 Z distinguishes itsel rom the MR 122 Z
essentially through its drive concept. Taking
advantage o the limited space with a power
pack o maximum power, Kleemann has equip-
ped the MOBIREX MR 150 Z with an advanced
direct drive.

The rotor itsel weighs nearly 7 tonnes. In addi-
tion, there are our rotor ledges, each weighing
400 kg. Once in use, the rotor tackles everything
that comes through its 1520 x 1000 mm inlet
opening. With this drive variant the MR 150 Z
is undoubtedly the most economical impact
crusher o its kind. Depending on its use, the uel
consumption level ranges rom 35 and 45 l/h.

Emulating the design o its smaller brother MR 122 Z, the
plant is equipped with everything that is important or large
recycling companies and quarries:

Equipped with smaller inlet dimensions, the
SHB 17/100 can also achieve smaller end
product sizes, or example 0 – 56 mm. With
this conguration the plant is very well suited
to recycling.
Always powered up.
I a stationary power connection is available in the quarry,this can be used or the MR 170 drive. There is the possibi-
lity o installing the plant with a diesel generator, which can
be switched o using a selector switch when the stationary
power supply is in use.
As the classic quarry machine, the MR 170 is
optimally adapted to the needs o its user.
Primarily used or limestone, the plant is suit-
able both as a classic primary crusher with
eed sizes o up to 1500 mm or in the case o
reduced eed size or crushing nal product
sizes.
With the electric 355 kW crusher drive, the
robust SHH 17/100 impact crusher with its

Primarily used or limestone, the plant is
suitable both as a classic primary crusherwith eed sizes o up to 1500 mm or in
the case o reduced eed sizes or fnal
product sizes.
Constant loading o the impact crusher:
Another important aspect when processing limestone is
the eectiveness o the primary screen. With its massive
double-deck heavy-duty screening unit which is 3.5 m in
length, the MR 170 guarantees perect primary screening
and at the same time ensures constant loading o the im-
pact crusher through levelling o the eed material. Despite
the heavy weight o the plant, it can be easily relocated
in the quarry. For road transport, the MR 170 is disassem-
bled in two main components.

The physical characteristics which infuence this curve are
explained as ollows:
Charged material
Feed size
The maximum eed size should not exceed 80% o the
given inlet opening o the crusher.
Crushing strength
We recommend using the SHB crusher or mineral materialswith a maximum crushing strength o up to 150 N/mm 2.
The SHH crusher, which is available optionally as a primary
crusher on the MOBIREX MR 170, is suitable or materials
with a maximum crushing strength o up to 100 N/mm 2
Type o mineralImpact crushers in the SHB series process sot to medium-
hard natural stone such as limestone, clay, dolomite and
sandstone, as well as construction waste such as rubble,
bricks, asphalt and reinorced concrete. Impact crushers in
the SHH series are mainly suited or sot natural stone, orexample limestone.
We stand or optimal results.
The crushing curves displayed on the graph
provide inormation about the range o grain
sizes achievable which includes the target
grain size. All curves have been created with
the results rom mobile impact crushers rom
the MOBIREX series.
The ideally coordinated components o a plant
(eeder trough, pre screen, impact crusher,
extractor channel and screening unit), as well
as the abilities o the operator, together lead to
optimal results.
Reduction ratio
The maximum reduction ratio (ratio o eed grain size / grain
output) largely depends on the physical properties o the eed
material. The ollowing are guidelines: limestone, rubble and
asphalt up to approximately 15:1; reinorced concrete 10:1 up
to 15:1, depending on the concrete and steel content. In the
case o particularly sot or brittle material (limestone, rubble,
bricks, concrete o a lesser quality), or in the case o closed-
circuit production (with a screen and oversize return eed),
the reduction ratio can be 20:1 and higher.
Rotor speed and crushing gap
I the rotor speed increases, the crushing curve moves to the
„let“, which signies an increase in the proportion o nes in
the end product. With the use o an additional grinding path
(optional), the proportion o nes increases urther. In this case,
the eed size must be limited to 250 mm. The MOBIREX is
used here solely as a secondary crusher. The principle applies
that an increase in the rotor speed and /or a reduction o the
crushing gap leads to increased wear and a reduction o thecrushing capacity.
