Why and how?
- Incentive to launch new collaborations between a
research team in France and a research team in a partner
country
- Funds researchers’ mobility, fostering participation of PhD
students and young fellows to the exchanges
- Co-financing: MOFAID and Ministries of Research and
Higher Education of partners countries; equal funding from
France and from the partner country
- Yearly call for proposals, double submission and review of
the proposals.
Not available yet in all ASEAN countries (depending on
budget and policy of the National Ministry for Research
and Education)
