Mika Cross Mika Cross is a seasoned Human Capital Workplace and Policy Strategist specializing in global, strategic workplace ini;a;ves, flexible workplace programs, cultural transforma;on, diversity, and inclusion and employee engagement. Her 16-‐year career in public service includes military personnel and federal civilian human resources management throughout the Department of Defense, United States Intelligence Community and across the Federal government. She is a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving as both an enlisted soldier and commissioned officer.
