A course for transformation is set with the approval of the Directions and Priorities for Government ICT

The Roadmap is an All-of-Government Common ICT Capability Roadmap one tool to enable this transformation

The Roadmap contains ICT building blocks to enable cross-agency common approaches to common needs

Each Common Capability is validated and then delivered following normal Government Business Case processes

Additional mechanisms are established to ensuring we achieve consistency and efficient implementation

With the Roadmap and methodology we have an additional tool to transform the Directions and Priorities for Government ICT from strategy to implementation

• Syndicated Mobile Agreements span 126 agencies or 59% of total expenditure

• Agreements expire in June 2012 • ‘Other’ eligible agencies will transition on

their contract expiry or earlier if practicable• Agencies have been advised not to lock in

their mobile voice and data spend past mid next year ensuring they can transition to the new agreement
