INSTALLATION AND TESTING SUPPORT

Working closely to major mobile operators worldwide, BHE has developed several different products and applications to support smooth installation and testing of the repeater network. One such example is the BUAW11 attenuator matrix – an ideal tool for automated measurement of handover tests:

NETWORK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

BHE repeater network can be operated and controlled by BHE NMS system. By the help of this tool not only the basic information of the repeaters are stored and visualized but vital operational information are collected and logged to make sure that the whole network are controlled fully:

SERVICES FM / VHF / DAB SUPPORT

There are other standards supported such as FM / VHF /DAB. Based on similar architectures the products of these standards are supplied in rackmount versions so virtually any configuration can be built. It well completes the portfolio in the typical mobile standards offering a full solution in special places like tunnels and undergrounds:

Apart from the repeaters and passive components a number of services are also available for our customers. These services are continuously developed and harmonized to actual customer’s need based on feedbacks from operational experiences:

» Trainings: Held either at BHE headquarter or at Customers premises they include product overview, guide to selection of right equipment as well as installation and acceptance test essentials and operational fundamentals

» Product support: upon Customer’s requests various packages of product support services are available either on temporary bases or for a set period of time
