Mobile permits – Mobile work requiring an outage to cell site outside of the defined timings requires 2 working days lead time to confirm your outage timings suit the traffic pattern of the cellsite and to notify customers. Failure to do so may mean your permit will be declined. Paging permits – Paging work requiring an outage to paging site requires 5 working days lead time to notify emergency services.

Exceptions - If you require an outage time outside of the defined timings and with no lead time (emergency work), please mention all the details for the request. Failure to do so may mean your permit will be declined.

The following Definitions apply to all task tables.

Definitions

Risk: Indicates the PTW risk level 1 = Service Loss, 2 = High Risk, 3 = Low Risk.

ITIL Cat: Indicates the approval path required. Minor = standard approval, Major = Requires CAB approval.
