Real Time Property Appraisal

Job Orders are assigned and accessed by Field Agents through their Telematics mobile application. Relevant information critical for property appraisal are displayed in real time. Field agents will also conduct their property appraisal and update relevant information in real time through the Telematics mobile application.

The system also includes a GPS tracking feature to aid the field agent in terms of verifying the property location (subject to the accuracy of the 3rd party GPS tools used in the mobile phone).

There is also a provision for capturing images of the property which is very useful in describing property improvements.
