CAUTION!• DO NOTmovethisunitwhenliftingorloweringthebedorwhenthebedisinanelevated position.(Bedmustbeloweredwhentheunitisrunning)• DO NOT usethistableforanypurposeotherthanit’sintendeduseanddonotloadwithmore than the rated capacity.• DO NOT allowpersonstooperatethistablewithoutcompleteunderstandingofitsoperation.• DO NOT lowerthebedtooquickly.• Duringloading/unloadingoperation,donotreleasetheparkingbrake.• Loadshouldbedistributedonatleast80%ofthetablearea.Stopoperationoflifttableifload becomestoounstable,donotplaceobjectsprotrudingoffedgeofthebed.• DONOTmodifylifttablewithoutmanufacturerswrittenconsent.

Daily InspectionDaily inspection of this unit is critical in order to locate any malfunction or fault. Checkthefollowingdailybeforeoperatingyourlifttable.

1. Checkforbendingorcrackingofthelifttable.2. Checkforanyoilleakagefromthecylinder.3. Checkforverticalcreepofthetable.4. Checkforsmoothmovementofthewheels.5. Ensurethatbrakesarefullyfunctional.6. Ensurethatallnutsandboltsarefirmlytightened.

Assembly methodThelifttableispackedinacardboardbox.Assemblingofthejackuphandleandpedalisrequired.WARNING:Assemblyworkmustbedoneonaflatsurface;wheelsmustbechokedtopreventaccidental rolling of the unit.1.Removenutsandspringwashersfromtheendofhandleandinsertthehandleintotheholeson frame.Tightenthehandleusingremovednutsandwasherswiththelargesthexkeysupplied inthebox.2.Insertthejackpedalintothepedalpipeandpositionthetaperedsidepedalendtoright.Tighten thejackpedalusingtheremovednutandwasherwiththesmallesthexkeysuppliedinthebox.

OPERATING THE LIFT TABLE

Lifting the TableToliftthetable,presstheliftingpedalseveraltimesuntilthetablereachesthedesiredheight.Thetable

lowersslightlyafterreachingthehighestposition.MaximumCapacityofthistableis2200lbs.(1000kg)WARNING:Donotoverloadlifttable,staywithintheratedcapacity.Donotloadthetableonsidesorendsonly.Loadmustbedistributedonatleast80%oftablearea.

Lowering the TableWARNING:DONOTputfootorhandinscissormechanism.Therotatingknoblowersthetable.NOTE:Thehydrauliccylinderisdesignedtoholdtable.Asisthenatureofthehydraulicsystem,table lowersveryslowlyoveranextendedperiodoftime.Pleasenotethatthetabledoesnotstayatthesameheightindefinitely.

• Adjustthecontrolvalvelocatedon thehydrauliccylinder(A)byreleasing thesetscrewandlockingnut(B)usinga flatscrewdriveranda14mmwrench.•Testthecontrolleverandliftingpedal.
