Mobile Access for WCGN OnStream Webinars

• Go to your app store and search for OnStream Webinars

• After you download this free app this blue arrow icon will appear on your device

• On your device, go to your inbox and the confirmation email from WCGN

• Copy the URL in your registration confirmation• Note that you must copy and paste the URL into the app when using

mobile; you can not access the app by tapping on the link in your email because that takes you to your browser.

• Tap on the OnStream icon on on your home screen and you will see this image:

P• Paste the URL into the box for ‘Session URL’• You may see other recent sessions listed below if

you have logged on before.

• Select ‘Guest’ so you do NOT have to enter a password

• Enter your first and last name, the short name of your organization and / or your city

• Hold your device for horizontal view so that the boxes fit better on the screen and looks like this image below. You may see a live video feed or photo instead of the WCGN logo.

• Your name will be listed with a yellow silhouette. You may need to scroll down to see all participants.

• Yellow icons are participants, blue are presenters or moderators and green is the account holder.

• Chat is public and used for trouble shooting technical issues• Q&A is for questions to the presenter. It is moderated and you will not be

able to see your question AFTER is it submitted. Moderators will ask questions orally and presenters will answer them orally.

• To leave the session select the icon that looks like a notepad with lines. The dropdown will provide a ‘Leave session option’
