A classic stress-relieving, full body massage that uses varied strokes of gliding and kneading to promotecirculation, relaxation, and an overall sense of well-being. Available in 1 hour and 1/2 hour sessions.

State Health Regulations - In compliance with various state regulations, not all services are available in every location: It is illegal to perform full Manicures/Pedicures (considered cosmetology) and certain facialsoutside of a stationary salon/spa. In compliance with the state laws (FL, NJ, NY, & PA in particular, in which it IS illegal) and to maintain our high-quality standards, as well as for our customers’ safety, SPArties does NOTperform those particular services. For our customers health, as well as the state licensing requirements, there is never any cutting, trimming or nails or cuticles during our mani/pedi services; nor are there any extractionsor peels in our facials - nothing that can potentially “break” the skin. This is simply a “feel good” service. As a consumer, please be aware that any other mobile operation doing so is performing them ILLEGALLY and hasnot passed an inspection to come on to YOUR location, and therefore, you are at a greater risk for unsanitary conditions and the spread of infection, including HIV, AIDS and tuberculosis. Although the techniciansthemselves or their STATIONARY salon may be “licensed,” YOUR location, or the establishment in which the nail services will be given in, must pass an inspection and be a “licensed nail salon/shop” in order to have anynail services done there. Most private homes, hotels, and businesses do not undergo such inspections; and therefore, do not carry such a license. Please note that in addition to charging you for illegal services, they arealso subject to large fines and cease and desist actions towards their business and possibly your event. For further verification on these regulations, please contact your state Cosmetology Board or Department ofBusiness and Professional Regulations, or visit our web site to read the official statues and warning messages from the Department of Consumer Affairs. Additionally, Massage therapists must be licensed (FL & NY) orcertified (NJ) in the state in which they are providing services and may be verified through the AMTA or local state boards. SPArties provides massage services in all states in which we operate.*Please note that all of our services are for the enjoyment of relaxation and celebration. SPArties Mobile Day Spa® is a hospitality service, just like catering; therefore, all packages and services mustbe purchased in advance. ALL reservations/sales are final; SPArties does NOT issue refunds. Paymentplans are available for your event; a non-refundable deposit/retainer and credit card to keep on record isrequired to reserve all dates/times, insure any incidentals, cover outstanding balances, complete your contract,and begin the event planning process; SPArties Mobile Day Spa will NOT come out to any venue/event withouta valid credit card on record - regardless of your final payment method (including cash, check or certifiedcheck). Your deposit/retainer is applied towards your total event cost. ALL balances, in full, are due in advanceof your event date and are automatically charged to the credit card on record, unless other payment options areagreed upon in writing. SPArties staff does NOT carry cash or complete sales on-site at any event or individualappointment. Event packages,services, and number of guests may NOT be lowered or withdrawn; however,you may upgrade anything and additions may be purchased prior to, or at, your final balance due date. A 15%rush charge applies to any package or service that is added or upgraded after your final headcount date. Within30 days of your event, charges may apply for any changes in dates or services depending on the size andcomplexity of your event. Your event is not considered guaranteed/booked until a signed contract and deposit/retainer are received and the following guidelines are met:

• Buy Now/SPArty Later: At any time you may purchase gift certificates for any dollar amount to be used towardsindividual services, packages, or Stations by the Hour for future events.

• Individual Services: Entire payment is due in full at time of purchase. All sales are final. No refunds. Cancelling within 48hours of your appointment, you will be charged the full amount, with no credit to reschedule.

• Group Event Reservations: All group events,including children’s events, require a 50% non-refundabledeposit/retainer of your minimum reservation or $200, whichever is greater. All balances are due, in full, 14 businessdays prior to your event date via a credit card payment, unless other arrangements have been mutually agreed uponin writing. You are able to make changes in your date/time or ADD packages or services to your event up until yourfinal balance date; however penalties may apply if your event is within 30 days; your deposit/retainer will becredited towards your new date or upgraded services and/or packages - it will NOT be refunded. You may upgradeand/or add to your purchases at any time prior to your final balance date; however you may NOT delete or downgradeany guests, packages, services, or technicians at ANY time. ALL purchases are final. Any balances, packages,services and additions made after your final balance date are subject to a 15% late charge. Packages and servicesnot reserved in advance will not be guaranteed for your event date and may not be available. Any cancellations,deletions of packages and/or services, and changes in date or time after your final balance date will not be refundednor rescheduled without additional fees.

SPArties Shots Station(Just one): Entire payment is due in full at time of purchase. All sales are final.This option does NOT include full spa setup, unlimited consulting or event planning.Services/Stations By the Hour: Your non-refundable deposit/retainer secures JUST the technicians for yourdate and time, and does NOT include FULL decor, event planning or unlmited customer support. Any additionalCustomer Support such as planning, consulting, coordination, management and additions made after theinitial order, including but not limited to phone calls, e-mails, faxes and administrative coordination, will bebilled for a support fee (in addition to the services being altered/ordered) and will be charged directly to thecredit card on record, unless other arrangements are made in writing. If those arrangements are not met, thenthe credit card on record will be charged by default. If you require any of our staff to be on-site or setup 30minutes or more prior to the start of services or after, you will be billed at their hourly rate for setup.

Customized Packages: All Northern NJ, Staten Island, NY and Northern Palm Beach County, FL events begin at a$200 minimum; all other South Florida and Northeast events OUTSIDE of Palm Beach County, FL, Northern NJ andStaten Island, NY are dependent on the specific event location. Payment for the packages and services on theminimum amount of guests and stations/services that you reserve is required, regardless of no shows; SPArties willstill provide the amount of services and items that are reserved, but we do NOT issue refunds or credits.

Additional Policies for Children’s Events or Services:• All guests 17 years old and younnger MUST have SIGNED permission slips from Parent or Legal Guardian to

participate in services and events.

• All children’s events MUST have 1 adult present for every 2 children in attendance and having services. SPArtiesMobile Day Spa is NOT a child sitting service and we do NOT offer that option. Our staff is present strictly toprovide spa services and we will not be responsible for the behavior, activities, and supervision of your child, ortheir guests, outside of the spa services. If behavior is not compliant with spa services, SPArties Mobile Day Spawill cease the events and/or it’s services at any time.

• A 23% gratuity service fee (for the full retail amount- not discounts) is automatically added to your finalbill.

• Applicable state tax will also be applied to your final bill.Amount is dependent upon which state your event will beheld.

• While we do our best to accommodate you, SPArtiescannot guarantee that additional staff or services aboveand beyond what is required for the package or servicethat you have originally reserved, will be available foryour event if you do not secure them in advance;including any additions that you may add on your finalheadcount date.

• In the event of inclement weather or states of emergencythat pose a danger to clients, guests, or staff, SPArtiesMobile Day Spa or the client may postpone the reservedevent or service without penalty. SPArties Mobile DaySpa will issue the client a credit for the amount of theunused amount of services to be used to RESCHEDULEyour event or service(s) for the next available date within6 months of your originally scheduled time. No refundswill be issued and it is not redeemable for cash. On theday of your event or service, if SPArties Mobile Day Spahas already begun the commute to your event or serviceand you have not contacted our office regarding youremergency it will be considered a regularly scheduledevent and a no show on the clients’ part and all fees aredue to SPArties Mobile Day Spa from the client. Norefund or rescheduling option will be granted. Pleasecontact our office as soon as possible in the event ofANY emergency, so we may follow the properprocedures for rescheduling.

• SPArties accepts cash, checks (due 2 weeks inadvance of final headcount date) MasterCard, Visa,American Express, Discover and bank debit cards.We also accept valid gift cards from ANY otherbusiness in the geographic areas that we service.

• A $35 fee will be charged for any returned checksand the final outstanding payment will then becharged to the credit card on record.

• Final payment of SPArty packages, services, orunreturned SPArty items or propert, becomes theresponsibility of the hostess for any guest who doesnot provide payment or credit card information.
